We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Hotel Maintenance Engineer to ensure the seamless operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities. Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and other building systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues using schematics, wiring diagrams, and tools such as ohmmeters.
- Conduct welding tasks and mechanical repairs, including working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automated systems.
- Oversee residential painting projects and perform general facilities maintenance tasks to uphold the hotel’s aesthetic standards.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, schedule maintenance activities, and document repairs.
- Supervise maintenance staff or contractors when necessary, providing leadership and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Respond promptly to guest or staff maintenance requests with professionalism and customer service excellence.
