ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Enterprise & Epic Data Governance Leadership:

- Define and enforce enterprise data standards, ownership models, and system-of-record decisions spanning Epic, ERP vendors, and downstream analytics platforms.
- Partner with Epic application teams to govern data flowing through Clarity, Caboodle, and enterprise data warehouses, ensuring traceability and consistency.
Governance Maturity Development:
- Lead the foundational build-out of AI governance, moving the organization from informal or pilot-based AI usage toward documented, repeatable governance processes.
- Establish baseline AI governance artifacts, including:
- AI intake and use-case documentation
- Data source and provenance documentation
- Risk, bias, and limitation awareness statements
- Partner with analytics, data science, compliance, and operational leaders to ensure AI initiatives align with organizational goals, patient safety expectations, and regulatory requirements.
Data Quality, Metadata, & Lineage (Cross-System):
- Lead enterprise efforts to improve data quality, metadata, and lineage across clinical and non-clinical systems.
- Ensure datasets supporting analytics and AI are well-defined, validated, and fit for intended use.
- Guide remediation of systemic data quality issues impacting reporting, AI performance, or clinical decision support.
Enterprise Systems Governance:
- Provide governance leadership for enterprise system data including workforce, payroll, finance, supply chain, and organizational hierarchies sourced from Workday and ERP platforms.
- Define integration governance between Epic and enterprise systems (e.g., provider attributes, staffing, cost centers).
- Partner with HR and Finance leaders to establish consistent definitions and trusted enterprise reporting.
Risk, Privacy & Regulatory Alignment:
- Ensure AI and data governance practices align with HIPAA, CMS, Joint Commission, and emerging AI oversight expectations.
- Support governance controls to prevent “shadow AI” usage, unmanaged automation, or undocumented analytics operating outside approved workflows.
- Collaborate with Privacy, Security, and Compliance teams to balance innovation with risk mitigation.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7–10 years of experience in healthcare data governance, data management, analytics, or health IT.
- Strong experience working with Epic EHR data and reporting environments (Clarity, Caboodle, or EDW).
- Demonstrated experience establishing or maturing data governance or AI governance processes in organizations that are not yet fully mature.
- BA/BS in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Data Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Advanced understanding of healthcare data governance frameworks.
- Working knowledge of SQL and analytic data structures.
- Ability to translate governance principles into practical, scalable operating processes.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience governing or supporting enterprise platforms such as Workday HCM/Financials, ERP, or other supply chain systems.
- Experience operating within an AI governance maturity model.
- Exposure to AI oversight concepts such as model transparency, bias awareness, data provenance, and post-deployment monitoring.
- Experience in large health systems, IDNs, or academic medical centers.
- Master’s degree preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with AI governance concepts and emerging healthcare guidance (e.g., intake workflows, documentation standards, risk assessments).
For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms. How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Impact Advisors Visa Sponsorship USA
Target healthcare IT and advisory roles
Impact Advisors focuses on healthcare consulting, so candidates with backgrounds in health informatics, EHR implementation, or clinical systems are best positioned. Aligning your experience to these specializations strengthens your case for sponsorship consideration.
Highlight specialized consulting skills in your application
Impact Advisors values niche expertise within healthcare IT consulting. Emphasize project management, system implementation, or advisory experience in your resume. Demonstrable specialty makes sponsorship a more straightforward decision for a consulting employer.
Use verified sponsorship data when searching for roles
Not every consulting firm that lists open roles will sponsor. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, saving time by focusing only on firms with a confirmed track record like Impact Advisors.
Ask about sponsorship directly during the interview process
Consulting firms in professional services appreciate directness. Once you reach the interview stage with Impact Advisors, confirm which visa category they intend to support and expected timelines. This avoids surprises and signals you understand the process.

Does Impact Advisors sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Impact Advisors sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an established record of supporting international professionals in specialty occupation roles, particularly within healthcare IT consulting. Candidates should ensure their role qualifies as a specialty occupation and that their degree aligns with the position's requirements before applying.
What visa types does Impact Advisors sponsor?
Impact Advisors sponsors H-1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, TN, and J-1 visas. This range makes them accessible to international students completing degrees in the U.S., Canadian and Mexican professionals qualifying under TN, and early-career candidates on exchange programs. The breadth of visa types reflects a willingness to engage with international talent across different stages.
Which roles or departments at Impact Advisors are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Impact Advisors tends to follow roles that require specialized expertise in healthcare IT consulting, such as EHR implementation, clinical informatics, project management, and technology advisory. These positions typically demand degree-level qualifications in a specific field, making them well-suited for H-1B or TN sponsorship. Generalist or administrative roles are less likely to qualify.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Impact Advisors?
The most reliable approach is to use Migrate Mate, which aggregates and verifies visa sponsorship data so you can browse Impact Advisors roles with confidence that sponsorship is genuinely available. Searching directly through platforms that surface verified sponsorship history saves time compared to cold-applying and discovering sponsorship limitations later in the process.
How do I improve my chances of getting sponsored by Impact Advisors?
Focus on demonstrating specialized expertise in healthcare IT or consulting disciplines that align with Impact Advisors' service areas. Apply early if you're on a time-sensitive visa like F-1 OPT, since consulting firms need lead time to process sponsorship. Being upfront about your visa status and timeline during initial conversations helps the hiring team plan accordingly and avoids late-stage complications.
