Frame your experience around member-facing outcomes
Industrious hospitality roles emphasize community building and workspace experience, not traditional hotel service. Reframe your resume around member retention, event programming, and occupancy-related metrics to match the language they actually hire for.
Target locations with established Industrious footprints
Industrious operates across major commercial real estate markets including New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles. Applying to locations embedded in high-demand office buildings signals you understand the corporate flex-space environment, which matters in interviews.
Confirm employer sponsorship willingness before final rounds
Industrious sponsors EB-category visas, meaning the sponsorship process involves PERM labor certification and a longer timeline than H-1B. Raise your visa situation early so both sides can plan around DOL processing requirements, which typically add months to the timeline.
Build credentials that support a specialty occupation case
EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship requires demonstrating that your role meets specific educational or skills thresholds under DOL definitions. A hospitality management degree or progressive leadership experience in premium service environments strengthens the PERM filing narrative considerably.
Search open Industrious hospitality roles through Migrate Mate
Industrious posts hospitality openings across multiple markets simultaneously. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for Industrious positions and sort by sponsorship-friendly roles, so you're not sifting through listings that won't lead anywhere for visa-dependent candidates.
Align your start date expectations with PERM timelines
Permanent residence sponsorship through PERM is not a day-one process. Once you receive an offer, work with your employer's immigration counsel to establish realistic milestones so your authorization remains continuous while DOL and USCIS process the petition.

Find Hospitality at Industrious JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Industrious sponsor H-1B visas for Hospitality roles?
Industrious's documented sponsorship activity for Hospitality roles centers on EB-category Green Card pathways rather than H-1B petitions. H-1B sponsorship requires the role to qualify as a specialty occupation, which can be harder to establish for hospitality positions. If you're currently on H-1B status through another employer, it's worth discussing portability options with an immigration attorney before applying.
Which visa types are commonly used for Hospitality roles at Industrious?
The visa categories most relevant to Hospitality roles at Industrious are EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visas, both of which require PERM labor certification through the DOL before USCIS adjudicates the petition. EB-2 applies to professionals with advanced degrees or exceptional ability, while EB-3 covers skilled workers with at least two years of relevant experience. The right category depends on your qualifications and the specific role.
What qualifications or experience does Industrious expect for Hospitality roles?
Industrious typically looks for candidates with a background in premium hospitality, corporate services, or high-touch member experience environments. Experience managing events, coordinating building amenities, or leading service teams in a commercial real estate or upscale hospitality setting is directly relevant. A hospitality management degree strengthens your profile, particularly if you're pursuing EB-2 sponsorship, where educational credentials carry significant weight in the PERM filing.
How do I apply for Hospitality jobs at Industrious?
You can browse and apply for open Hospitality positions at Industrious through Migrate Mate, which surfaces sponsorship-friendly roles and lets you filter by company and function. When applying, tailor your materials to the member experience and community-building language Industrious uses in its job descriptions. Mentioning your visa situation in early conversations helps avoid late-stage misalignment around sponsorship requirements.
How do I navigate the timeline between receiving an offer and getting work authorization?
If Industrious is sponsoring you through an EB-2 or EB-3 pathway, the process begins with PERM labor certification at the DOL, which can take six months or longer before USCIS even receives the I-140 petition. Plan your transition timeline accordingly, and if you're currently in valid status on another visa, coordinate with your employer's immigration counsel to maintain continuous work authorization throughout the process.
