Frame Your PM Credentials Around Enterprise Delivery
IntePros sources Project Program Managers for technology and software clients running large-scale implementations. Tailor your resume to enterprise program delivery, cross-functional stakeholder management, and structured methodologies like PMP or Agile, so your profile aligns with the engagements IntePros actively staffs.
Target Open Roles Across Multiple Client Verticals
IntePros carries a broad portfolio of Project Program Manager openings at any given time, often spanning different technology sectors and client environments. Use Migrate Mate to filter and track these roles by visa sponsorship eligibility so you're applying to positions already flagged for sponsored candidates.
Clarify Sponsorship Scope Before Accepting an Offer
IntePros has sponsored both EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways for this role. Before signing, confirm in writing which category applies to your position and whether the employer-paid PERM labor certification process is included, since staffing firms sometimes structure sponsorship differently than direct employers.
Understand How Staffing Firm Sponsorship Differs
With staffing and consulting firms like IntePros, your visa petition is tied to the employer of record, not the end client. If a client engagement ends, your H-1B status remains with IntePros provided they have another qualifying placement ready, so ask about bench policies during the offer stage.
Verify Your Prevailing Wage Tier Before the PERM Filing
DOL requires that your offered salary meet the prevailing wage for your specific job duties and location under PERM. For Project Program Manager roles, the wage level assigned can shift significantly based on how your responsibilities are classified, so review the DOL wage determination before your employer submits the application.
Document Specialized Technical Experience for EB-2 Eligibility
EB-2 classification requires demonstrating an advanced degree or its equivalent. If your program management background spans specialized technology domains like cloud migrations or enterprise software rollouts, compile detailed experience letters now, since USCIS will scrutinize whether the role genuinely requires advanced expertise.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does IntePros sponsor H-1B visas for Project Program Managers?
IntePros's publicly documented sponsorship activity for Project Program Manager roles focuses on permanent residency pathways, specifically EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card categories, rather than H-1B visa nonimmigrant status. If you're currently on an H-1B through another employer and seeking a transfer, ask IntePros directly whether they're willing to file an H-1B transfer petition alongside initiating the Green Card process.
How do I apply for Project Program Manager jobs at IntePros?
You can browse current Project Program Manager openings at IntePros filtered by visa sponsorship eligibility through Migrate Mate. When applying, highlight enterprise-level program delivery experience and any recognized certifications such as PMP. IntePros staffs these roles across technology and software client engagements, so be specific about the industries and delivery environments where you've operated.
Which visa categories does IntePros use for Project Program Manager sponsorship?
IntePros has sponsored Project Program Managers through EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa classifications, both of which lead to permanent residency via the PERM labor certification process. EB-2 applies when the role requires an advanced degree or equivalent expertise. EB-3 covers positions requiring a bachelor's degree. The category assigned depends on how the specific job duties are defined and documented.
What qualifications does IntePros expect for sponsored Project Program Manager roles?
IntePros typically sources Project Program Managers with a bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, alongside demonstrable experience managing multi-phase technology or software delivery programs. Structured methodology credentials like PMP strengthen your candidacy. For EB-2 sponsorship, you'll also need documented evidence that the role requires advanced expertise, which USCIS evaluates during the petition review.
How long does the Green Card process take for a Project Program Manager at IntePros?
The timeline involves three sequential stages: PERM labor certification with DOL, which currently takes roughly 12 to 18 months; an I-140 immigrant petition with USCIS; and either adjustment of status or consular processing. For applicants born in India or China, priority date backlogs can extend the overall timeline considerably beyond what the filing stages alone suggest. Starting early matters.
