- Monitor program performance using data and analytics; provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Manage program logistics, timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants, stakeholders, and external partners
- Foster an inclusive and engaging participant experience aligned with diversity, equity, and inclusion goals
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and early talent pipelines
- Track participant progress and support career development and conversion to full-time roles
