SUMMARY
We are seeking an IT Service Desk Technician (L1) to provide frontline onsite IT support for warehouse and office operations. This role is responsible for daily user support, computer setup, printer support, handheld device support, and basic network troubleshooting in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install and configure Windows operating systems, office software, and standard applications
- Support desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, scanners, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Support barcode scanners, PDA devices, handheld terminals, and label printers
- Handle printer maintenance, paper jams, toner replacement, and label printing issues
- Configure basic network settings including IP, Wi-Fi, and printer connectivity
- Prepare and deploy IT equipment for new users and warehouse operations
- Respond to IT tickets and provide onsite support within SLA requirements
- Maintain IT asset inventory and basic documentation
- Escalate complex issues to L2 engineers when necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ year of IT support experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, computer hardware, printers, and handheld devices
- Familiar with basic networking concepts and troubleshooting
- Experience with ticketing systems and onsite user support
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, retail, or manufacturing environments is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
