Frame your SaaS metrics before applying
Iterable's CSM roles emphasize measurable outcomes like net revenue retention and expansion ARR. Quantify your onboarding, churn reduction, and upsell results on your resume before submitting, since these numbers directly align with how Iterable evaluates candidates.
Target Iterable's enterprise segment openings
Iterable consistently posts CSM roles across commercial and enterprise tiers. Enterprise-focused positions tend to carry more complex sponsorship workflows and stronger internal advocacy, so prioritizing those listings improves your chances of a full visa sponsorship conversation during the offer stage.
Confirm the LCA is filed before accepting an offer
Your employer must file a certified Labor Condition Application with the DOL before USCIS can process your H-1B petition. Ask Iterable's recruiting team for a clear timeline on LCA filing so you know exactly when your petition will be submitted and what the processing window looks like.
Prepare a specialty occupation argument for your role
USCIS scrutinizes whether CSM roles qualify as specialty occupations under H-1B rules. Build a clear case that your position requires a specialized degree, such as business, marketing, or computer science, and gather job descriptions and offer documentation that support that framing before your petition is filed.
Use Migrate Mate to filter Iterable CSM postings by visa type
Not every open CSM listing at Iterable explicitly mentions sponsorship. Use Migrate Mate to filter Iterable's current openings by supported visa categories so you're only pursuing roles where H-1B or Green Card sponsorship is confirmed, saving time in the early search stage.
Time your application around Iterable's fiscal hiring cycles
SaaS companies like Iterable often ramp CSM headcount at the start of new fiscal quarters. Applying in January or July aligns your candidacy with periods of higher hiring urgency, which shortens the timeline between interview and offer and gives you more runway before H-1B cap season deadlines.

Find Customer Success Manager at Iterable JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Iterable sponsor H-1B visas for Customer Success Managers?
Yes. Iterable has a documented history of sponsoring H-1B visas for Customer Success Manager roles. The process requires your employer to file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL and then submit an I-129 petition to USCIS on your behalf. Sponsorship timelines vary depending on whether standard or premium processing is used, so confirming the internal process with Iterable's HR team early in the offer stage is important.
Which visa types are commonly used for Customer Success Manager roles at Iterable?
H-1B is the most common nonimmigrant visa path for CSM roles at Iterable, given that the position typically requires a relevant bachelor's degree and qualifies as a specialty occupation. For longer-term immigration goals, Iterable has also supported employment-based Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 and EB-3 categories, which are filed through the PERM labor certification process with the DOL.
What qualifications or experience does Iterable expect for Customer Success Manager roles?
Iterable's CSM roles typically require prior experience in a SaaS or marketing technology environment, with a focus on enterprise or mid-market account management. Strong familiarity with email marketing platforms, CRM tools, and customer health metrics is expected. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is the standard baseline, and candidates with measurable retention or expansion track records tend to advance further in the process.
How do I apply for Customer Success Manager jobs at Iterable?
You can browse and apply for Customer Success Manager positions at Iterable directly through Migrate Mate, which filters openings by visa sponsorship type so you can confirm H-1B or Green Card support before applying. Once you identify a relevant role, apply through Iterable's careers portal and be upfront about your sponsorship needs early in the recruiter screen to avoid wasted time on roles that may not be approved for sponsorship.
How do I plan my timeline if I need H-1B sponsorship at Iterable?
The H-1B cap lottery opens each March for an October 1 start date, so you need a registered employer by late February at the latest. If Iterable makes you an offer outside that window, options include starting on OPT or STEM OPT if you're an F-1 student, or pursuing cap-exempt alternatives while waiting for the next cycle. Confirm early with Iterable's HR team whether they use premium processing, which reduces USCIS adjudication time to roughly 15 business days.
