Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Senior Software Developer Jobs at Iterable Jobs
Align your portfolio to Iterable's stack
Iterable's engineering work centers on distributed systems, real-time messaging, and data infrastructure. Before applying, ensure your portfolio and resume demonstrate direct experience with those domains rather than general full-stack work.
Confirm your visa category fits the role
Iterable sponsors both H-1B and employment-based Green Cards. If you're mid-process on an H-1B transfer or approaching your six-year cap, clarify whether the role supports concurrent PERM filing before you reach the offer stage.
Request LCA details before accepting an offer
Under DOL rules, the Labor Condition Application must list your exact worksite. If you're working remotely or in a different metro than Iterable's headquarters, confirm the LCA reflects that location to avoid a prevailing wage mismatch later.
Target roles with greenfield ownership signals
Senior Software Developer postings at Iterable that mention owning infrastructure decisions or leading system design are stronger sponsorship candidates. Employers filing H-1B petitions for senior roles have more straightforward specialty occupation justifications with USCIS.
Use Migrate Mate to filter Iterable's open roles
Sponsorship-specific job searches save significant time at the targeting stage. Migrate Mate lets you filter Senior Software Developer openings at Iterable by visa type so you're only applying to roles where sponsorship is confirmed.

Find Senior Software Developer at Iterable JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Iterable sponsor H-1B visas for Senior Software Developers?
Yes, Iterable sponsors H-1B visas for Senior Software Developer roles. The company operates in the Technology and Software industry, and Senior Software Developer positions typically meet USCIS specialty occupation requirements given the degree-level expertise they demand. If you're on OPT or transferring from another employer, it's worth raising sponsorship directly with the recruiter early in the process.
How do I apply for Senior Software Developer jobs at Iterable?
You can browse and apply for Senior Software Developer openings at Iterable through Migrate Mate, which filters specifically for roles with confirmed visa sponsorship. Iterable's hiring process for senior engineering roles typically involves a recruiter screen, technical assessments covering system design and distributed systems, and several rounds of engineering interviews before an offer is extended.
Which visa types does Iterable sponsor for Senior Software Developer roles?
Iterable sponsors H-1B visas for Senior Software Developers and also supports employment-based permanent residency through EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways. The EB-2 route requires a PERM labor certification filed with the DOL, which Iterable initiates on the employee's behalf. Senior engineers with advanced degrees often pursue the EB-2 category, while EB-3 covers skilled worker classifications more broadly.
What qualifications does Iterable expect for Senior Software Developer positions?
Iterable's Senior Software Developer roles generally require a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field. Beyond credentials, Iterable's engineering culture emphasizes ownership of complex systems, so candidates who can demonstrate experience designing and scaling distributed infrastructure, real-time data pipelines, or high-throughput APIs tend to be strongest fits for this level.
How do I understand the H-1B filing timeline if I get an offer from Iterable?
If you're subject to the H-1B cap, USCIS opens electronic registration in March, with a lottery drawing shortly after. A cap-exempt transfer from another H-1B employer can begin any time of year. From offer to petition approval typically spans two to four months with standard processing, or a few weeks with USCIS premium processing. Aligning your start date with these windows is something to raise with Iterable's HR team at the offer stage.
