Frame Your PM Experience Around Technical Depth
Iterable's Project Manager roles sit at the intersection of engineering and go-to-market execution. Tailor your resume to show you've managed software delivery cycles or API integrations, not just stakeholder coordination. That technical grounding directly strengthens an H-1B specialty occupation case.
Verify Your Role Qualifies as Specialty Occupation
USCIS scrutinizes Project Manager petitions heavily because the role can be filed without a degree requirement in some contexts. Confirm your job description specifies a bachelor's degree in a directly related field, such as computer science, information systems, or engineering, before accepting an offer.
Target Iterable's Cross-Functional PM Openings Specifically
Iterable posts Project Manager roles across product, infrastructure, and customer implementation tracks. Roles tied to platform or technical implementation carry stronger specialty occupation arguments than general program management titles. Use Migrate Mate to filter and identify which open positions align with your visa pathway.
Request the LCA Before Your Start Date
Your employer must file a certified Labor Condition Application with the DOL before USCIS can process your H-1B petition. Confirm with Iterable's HR or immigration counsel that the LCA has been submitted and certified for your specific work location, especially if you'll be working remotely or at a client site.
Understand How EB-2 or EB-3 Timelines Affect Your Planning
Iterable has sponsored both EB-2 and EB-3 green cards for employees. Most PERM-based filings take 18 to 24 months before a priority date is even established. Ask your recruiter during the offer stage whether Iterable initiates green card sponsorship and at what tenure milestone.
Prepare a Degree Equivalency Assessment Early
If your PM credential includes a three-year bachelor's degree or a combination of education and work experience, get a formal equivalency evaluation before interviewing. USCIS may require this documentation to establish specialty occupation status, and delays here can push back your petition filing window significantly.

Does Iterable sponsor H-1B visas for Project Managers?
Yes, Iterable sponsors H-1B visas for Project Manager roles. The company has a track record of filing H-1B petitions for this function, though approval depends on USCIS determining the specific role qualifies as a specialty occupation. To strengthen that case, the job description should require a bachelor's degree in a directly related technical field, not just prefer one.
Which visa types does Iterable commonly use for Project Manager roles?
H-1B is the most common nonimmigrant work visa for Project Manager positions at Iterable. For permanent residency, the company has also pursued employment-based green cards, including EB-2 and EB-3 categories, which require PERM labor certification through the DOL. The right pathway depends on your qualifications, degree level, and how long you've been with the company.
What qualifications or experience does Iterable expect for Project Manager roles?
Iterable typically looks for Project Managers with experience managing technical software delivery, cross-functional initiatives, or customer-facing implementation projects in a SaaS or marketing technology environment. A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field is generally expected, which also supports the specialty occupation requirement for H-1B sponsorship.
How do I apply for Project Manager jobs at Iterable?
You can browse and apply for Project Manager openings at Iterable through Migrate Mate, which filters roles specifically by visa sponsorship eligibility so you can confirm the position aligns with your work authorization needs before applying. When reaching out or applying, emphasize technical project experience relevant to Iterable's platform and clarify your sponsorship requirements early in the recruiter screening call.
How do I plan my timeline if I need H-1B sponsorship at Iterable?
If you're subject to the H-1B cap, your employer must register you in the annual lottery, which opens in March for an October 1 start date. If selected, Iterable would then file your full petition. Factor in that the LCA certification from DOL typically takes one to two weeks and must be complete before the petition is submitted to USCIS.
