Target technical and operations roles
ITG Brands' sponsorship activity is concentrated in technical and specialized functions. Focus your search on engineering, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and supply chain roles where advanced degree requirements make international candidates a natural fit in manufacturing.
Lead with your H-1B eligibility
ITG Brands has sponsored H-1B visas, so make your eligibility prominent in your application. Highlight your specialty occupation credentials and degree field early in your resume and cover letter to reduce friction for their HR and legal teams.
Understand the manufacturing hiring cycle
Manufacturing companies like ITG Brands often hire on project-driven timelines. Align your outreach with Q1 and Q4 budget cycles when headcount approvals typically come through, giving your application the best chance of landing when sponsorship decisions are being made.
Use OPT or CPT as a foot in the door
ITG Brands has sponsored both F-1 OPT and CPT, meaning internship and early-career pathways exist. Securing a role under OPT first gives you a track record with the employer before any H-1B sponsorship conversation becomes necessary.
Research roles with verified sponsorship history
Not every open role at ITG Brands will come with sponsorship. Focus your applications on positions where the company has a documented sponsorship pattern. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history before you apply.
Prepare for a conservative sponsorship process
ITG Brands is a selective sponsor, so expect a thorough evaluation of your credentials before sponsorship is confirmed. Have your degree certificates, transcripts, and any specialty occupation documentation ready early to avoid delays once an offer is on the table.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does ITG Brands sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, ITG Brands sponsors H-1B visas. The company's sponsorship activity is selective rather than high-volume, so H-1B sponsorship is typically reserved for specialized roles where the position genuinely requires a degree in a specific field. Candidates in technical, regulatory, or engineering functions tend to be the strongest fit for sponsored positions.
What visa types does ITG Brands sponsor?
ITG Brands sponsors H-1B visas along with F-1 OPT and F-1 CPT for students and recent graduates. TN visas are also supported for eligible Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying professional roles. If you hold one of these visa types or are approaching OPT, ITG Brands has pathways worth exploring.
Which departments or roles at ITG Brands are most likely to offer visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at ITG Brands tends to align with roles requiring specialized technical knowledge, including manufacturing engineering, quality control, regulatory affairs, and operations management. Positions where a specific degree in a relevant field is a genuine job requirement are more likely to come with sponsorship than generalist or administrative roles.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at ITG Brands?
The most reliable approach is to search on Migrate Mate, which filters job listings by verified sponsorship history so you're not guessing which roles actually come with support. Look specifically for ITG Brands listings tied to technical or operations functions, and confirm sponsorship availability with the recruiter before investing significant time in the application process.
How do I approach the application timeline when targeting ITG Brands for H-1B sponsorship?
Plan well in advance of the H-1B cap filing window, which opens in March each year. If you're on OPT or CPT, aim to secure a role at ITG Brands at least six to nine months before your work authorization expires so the company has enough runway to file a cap-subject H-1B petition on your behalf without rushing.
