Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Supply Chain Jobs at Jabil Jobs
Align your credentials to specialty occupation standards
H-1B eligibility requires the role to qualify as a specialty occupation. For Supply Chain at Jabil, a degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or operations research strengthens your petition far more than a general business degree.
Target Jabil's site-level procurement and planning teams
Jabil operates large manufacturing sites across the U.S. where supply chain headcount is concentrated. Roles tied to specific facilities, like materials planner or supplier quality engineer, are more likely to carry active headcount and sponsorship budget than corporate-level postings.
Research Jabil's LCA filings before your interview
DOL Labor Condition Applications are public record. Reviewing Jabil's past LCA filings for supply chain job titles tells you which roles they've sponsored before, what prevailing wage levels apply, and which work locations are active, so you're not walking into an interview blind.
Clarify sponsorship scope during the offer stage
Ask specifically whether the offer includes H-1B filing or Green Card sponsorship. Jabil sponsors multiple visa types, but not every hiring manager controls that decision. Confirming with HR before signing ensures your timeline expectations match what the company will actually file.
Use Migrate Mate to filter open Supply Chain roles at Jabil by visa type
Not every Jabil supply chain posting leads to sponsorship. Migrate Mate filters roles by the visa types Jabil has historically sponsored, so you spend time applying to positions where international candidates have a realistic path, not ones that screen you out at the first step.
Account for PERM timelines if Green Card sponsorship is on the table
If Jabil offers EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship, the PERM labor certification process through DOL typically adds six months to over a year before an I-140 can be filed. Factor this into any timeline conversation about long-term work authorization, especially if your H-1B clock is running.

Find Supply Chain at Jabil JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Jabil sponsor H-1B visas for Supply Chain roles?
Yes, Jabil sponsors H-1B visas for Supply Chain positions. Roles in procurement, demand planning, materials management, and logistics operations have historically supported H-1B petitions when the position qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring at minimum a bachelor's degree in a directly related field. Confirming sponsorship availability with the recruiter early in the process is the most reliable way to avoid surprises late in hiring.
How do I apply for Supply Chain jobs at Jabil?
You can apply through Jabil's careers portal or find roles filtered by visa sponsorship type on Migrate Mate. For Supply Chain specifically, search for titles like supply chain analyst, materials planner, procurement specialist, or logistics coordinator. Tailor your application to highlight experience in electronics manufacturing environments, supplier management, or ERP systems, as these are common requirements across Jabil's supply chain postings.
Which visa types does Jabil commonly use for Supply Chain positions?
Jabil has sponsored H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3 for Supply Chain roles. F-1 OPT and CPT are common entry points for candidates coming directly from supply chain or engineering graduate programs. TN is available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying professional categories. Green Card sponsorship through PERM is typically offered after a period of full-time employment.
What qualifications does Jabil typically expect for Supply Chain roles?
Most Supply Chain roles at Jabil require a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business, or a related field. Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, familiarity with electronics contract manufacturing cycles, and understanding of supplier negotiation or demand forecasting are frequently listed. Senior roles often require prior experience in a high-volume manufacturing or global sourcing environment.
How does the visa sponsorship timeline work for Supply Chain hires at Jabil?
For H-1B, Jabil must file a Labor Condition Application with DOL before submitting the I-129 petition to USCIS. Regular processing currently takes several months, while premium processing can reduce USCIS adjudication to roughly 15 business days. OPT extensions bridge the gap for F-1 candidates while H-1B petitions are pending. For Green Card sponsorship, PERM labor certification through DOL adds significant lead time and should be discussed with HR as early as possible.
