Tailor credentials to KPMG's compliance frameworks
KPMG's compliance hiring emphasizes regulatory risk, internal controls, and audit readiness. Certifications like the CRCM, CCEP, or CPA strengthen your profile significantly. Frame your experience around the specific regulatory environments KPMG serves, such as financial services, tax, or advisory.
Target KPMG's advisory and regulatory practices directly
KPMG's Compliance Manager openings are concentrated in its Risk Consulting and Financial Services practices. Applying through practice-specific job postings rather than generalist listings gets your application in front of hiring managers who already work with visa-sponsored candidates.
Search open Compliance Manager roles on Migrate Mate
Use Migrate Mate to filter KPMG's Compliance Manager listings by visa type before you apply. This lets you confirm which postings are tied to active sponsorship pathways rather than discovering eligibility constraints late in the process.
Raise sponsorship early in recruiter conversations
KPMG's talent acquisition team handles immigration coordination centrally. Confirming sponsorship eligibility with your recruiter before the offer stage prevents delays, especially if your current status requires H-1B cap filing or an E-3 interview appointment.
Understand how KPMG files Labor Condition Applications
For H-1B and E-3 sponsorship, KPMG files a Labor Condition Application with the DOL before submitting your visa petition. Your offered salary must meet the prevailing wage for your specific office location, which varies by metropolitan area and experience level.
Plan your timeline around the H-1B cap cycle
If you need H-1B sponsorship, KPMG must register you in USCIS's annual lottery, with the filing window opening in March for an October 1 start date. Targeting a start date that aligns with this cycle avoids gaps in work authorization during the onboarding process.

Does KPMG sponsor H-1B visas for Compliance Managers?
Yes, KPMG sponsors H-1B visas for Compliance Manager roles. The firm has an established immigration program that manages petitions centrally through its HR function. If you require H-1B sponsorship, confirm eligibility with your recruiter before the offer stage, as cap-subject filings must align with USCIS's annual registration window each March.
How do I apply for Compliance Manager jobs at KPMG?
Apply directly through KPMG's careers portal or use Migrate Mate to browse KPMG's Compliance Manager openings filtered by visa sponsorship type. Applications are reviewed by practice-specific hiring teams, so targeting postings within KPMG's Risk Consulting or Financial Services lines improves your chances of reaching the right decision-makers faster.
Which visa types does KPMG commonly sponsor for Compliance Manager roles?
KPMG sponsors H-1B visas for most international candidates and E-3 visas for Australian citizens in qualifying specialty occupation roles. For candidates on a longer-term immigration path, KPMG also supports employment-based Green Card sponsorship through the EB-2 and EB-3 categories, typically after a period of continued employment.
What qualifications does KPMG expect for a Compliance Manager position?
KPMG typically expects a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, law, or a related field, along with several years of compliance, regulatory, or audit experience. Professional certifications such as the CPA, CRCM, or CCEP are frequently listed as preferred qualifications. Roles in financial services practices often require familiarity with bank regulatory frameworks or SEC reporting obligations.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take if I receive a KPMG offer?
For E-3 applicants, the process can move in as little as a few weeks if a consular appointment is available in Australia. H-1B sponsorship follows USCIS's cap cycle, meaning an October 1 start date is standard for cap-subject petitions. Premium processing, available for an additional USCIS fee, can reduce petition adjudication to around 15 business days once the petition is filed.
