Frame Your Experience Around Client Service Delivery
KPMG's Customer Support roles often sit within client-facing service teams supporting audit or tax engagements. Tailor your resume to show experience managing escalations, SLAs, or ticketing systems in a professional services or regulated industry context.
Target KPMG's Industry-Specific Support Functions
KPMG structures Customer Support around specific service lines, not just a central helpdesk. Search for roles tied to their audit, tax technology, or advisory divisions, where support staff work directly alongside client engagement teams and sponsorship is more routine.
Confirm Sponsorship Eligibility Before Applying
KPMG sponsors H-1B, E-3, and employment-based Green Card pathways for qualifying roles. Confirm the specific position's sponsorship eligibility in the job posting or with the recruiter early, since not every Customer Support title at KPMG falls under the same visa filing process.
Use Migrate Mate to Filter KPMG's Open Roles
Not all of KPMG's Customer Support listings clearly state visa sponsorship availability. Use Migrate Mate to filter verified sponsoring roles at KPMG so you're only spending time on positions where your visa pathway is already confirmed.
Prepare for the LCA Prevailing Wage Requirement Early
Before KPMG can file your H-1B or E-3 petition, it must submit a Labor Condition Application to the DOL certifying your offered wage meets the prevailing wage for your role and location. Ask your recruiter which wage level the position is benchmarked at during the offer stage.
Align Your Start Date With H-1B Cap Deadlines
If you're applying for a cap-subject H-1B, USCIS accepts registrations in March for an October 1 start date. Securing a KPMG offer by late February gives your employer enough lead time to register you in that cycle without pushing your start date back a full year.

Does KPMG sponsor H-1B visas for Customer Support roles?
Yes, KPMG sponsors H-1B visas for Customer Support positions that meet USCIS specialty occupation standards. Not every Customer Support title automatically qualifies, so confirming that the specific role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is an important step before assuming sponsorship is available for that particular listing.
Which visa types does KPMG commonly sponsor for Customer Support positions?
KPMG sponsors H-1B visas for cap-subject applicants and E-3 visas for Australian citizens in qualifying Customer Support roles. For longer-term pathways, KPMG also pursues EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card sponsorship for employees who have been in qualifying roles and meet PERM labor certification eligibility requirements under DOL guidelines.
How do I apply for Customer Support jobs at KPMG?
Apply directly through KPMG's careers portal, or use Migrate Mate to browse verified Customer Support openings at KPMG where visa sponsorship has been confirmed. Tailor your application to highlight experience in client-facing support within professional services or regulated industries, as KPMG's support roles often involve direct engagement with audit or tax clients.
What qualifications does KPMG expect for Customer Support roles that include visa sponsorship?
KPMG generally expects a bachelor's degree in business, communications, information systems, or a related field for Customer Support positions that qualify for H-1B or E-3 sponsorship. Practical experience with CRM platforms, client escalation workflows, or enterprise ticketing systems in a professional services environment strengthens your candidacy considerably.
How do I understand the timeline for visa sponsorship after receiving an offer from KPMG?
For H-1B sponsorship, KPMG must file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL before submitting your USCIS petition. Standard H-1B processing runs several months, and cap-subject petitions have an October 1 start date. E-3 applicants can move faster since there's no lottery, but consular appointment wait times at Australian posts vary and should be factored into your start date planning.
