Frame your experience around distribution economics
LATICRETE operates deep in construction materials distribution. Strategy candidates who can speak to margin analysis, channel optimization, or wholesale network planning get further than those with generic consulting backgrounds. Tailor your resume accordingly before applying.
Confirm your visa category matches the role
LATICRETE sponsors H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT, and F-1 CPT, but not every category fits every Strategy role. If you're on OPT, confirm the role qualifies as a specialty occupation before signing an offer, since USCIS scrutinizes strategy titles more than technical roles.
Search open Strategy roles using Migrate Mate
LATICRETE posts Strategy openings across locations and seniority levels, making it easy to miss relevant roles. Use Migrate Mate to filter sponsorship-confirmed Strategy jobs at LATICRETE so you're only applying where a visa pathway is already established.
Address nonimmigrant intent directly if on H-1B
Strategy hires at manufacturing-distribution companies often move toward Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 or EB-3 PERM filings. If you're early in the process, clarify with HR whether the role is tied to a long-term headcount plan that includes PERM, not just an H-1B transfer.
Time your application around LATICRETE's planning cycles
Strategy roles at distribution companies typically open during annual budget and planning seasons, usually Q3 and Q4. Targeting your outreach and applications during these windows puts you in front of hiring managers when headcount decisions are actively being made.
Get your credentials evaluated before the offer stage
If your degree is from outside the U.S., have it evaluated by a NACES-accredited service before you reach the offer stage. USCIS requires proof of U.S. equivalency for H-1B specialty occupation determinations, and delays here can push back your start date significantly.

Find Strategy at LATICRETE International JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does LATICRETE International sponsor H-1B visas for Strategys?
Yes, LATICRETE International does sponsor H-1B visas for Strategy roles. Because Strategy positions must qualify as specialty occupations under USCIS standards, the job offer needs to specify a degree requirement in a relevant field such as business, economics, or a related discipline. If the role description is vague on degree requirements, ask HR to clarify before filing.
How do I apply for Strategy jobs at LATICRETE International?
Start by browsing open Strategy roles on LATICRETE's careers page or through Migrate Mate, which filters for positions where visa sponsorship is confirmed. Tailor your application to LATICRETE's distribution and construction materials business, emphasizing relevant experience in market strategy, competitive analysis, or wholesale operations. Follow up with the recruiting team to confirm visa sponsorship eligibility early in the process.
Which visa types are commonly used for Strategy roles at LATICRETE International?
LATICRETE sponsors H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT, and F-1 CPT for Strategy positions. H-1B is the most common pathway for long-term employment. TN is available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying strategy-related roles. F-1 OPT and CPT are common entry points for recent graduates, often leading to H-1B sponsorship if the role becomes permanent.
What qualifications does LATICRETE International expect for Strategy roles?
LATICRETE typically looks for candidates with a bachelor's or master's degree in business, strategy, economics, or a related field. Practical experience in distribution, manufacturing, or construction materials is a strong differentiator. For mid-to-senior Strategy roles, experience with supply chain economics, pricing strategy, or market expansion in a wholesale or industrial environment carries significant weight.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for a Strategy role at LATICRETE International?
For H-1B sponsorship, LATICRETE would need to file with USCIS after the annual lottery in April, with employment typically starting October 1. Standard processing runs three to five months, though premium processing can reduce USCIS adjudication to 15 business days. For TN visas, approval at the port of entry can happen same-day. F-1 OPT authorizations from USCIS take 90 days to process, so apply as early as possible.
