Hybrid – 3 days on site (days on site based on business need) and requires flexibility as some weeks could be 5 days on site (i.e. training and onboarding).
Qualifications:
- Required: Bachelor's Degree
- Temps become our “feeder” pool to permanent positions, most interested in candidates who want to come on board full time if/when a position opens up
- Looking for candidates who are analytical, curious, ask questions
- This is not a processing role; in the past we have received a lot of candidates with administrative/data entry experience/background
- Professional experience isn’t required; new college graduates will be assessed in alternative ways (i.e. internships, teamwork, volunteering, class projects, etc.)
- Sound judgement and ability to interpret data
- Procedures will be given and side by side training but will need someone who is willing to learn independently, asks good questions as the work is complex
