Target roles that align with H-1B specialty occupation standards
Loenbro's sponsorship history is concentrated in H-1B visas, which require specialty occupation roles. Focus your applications on positions that clearly demand a specific bachelor's degree or higher, engineering, technical consulting, or project management roles are your strongest footing.
Understand that consulting firms sponsor based on project demand
In consulting and professional services, sponsorship decisions often follow client project needs rather than a fixed hiring calendar. Timing your application around active project cycles or growth periods can improve your chances of landing a role with a sponsorship pathway.
Confirm OPT and CPT eligibility before applying
Loenbro has sponsored F-1 OPT and CPT candidates, making it a realistic target for students on those authorizations. Clarify early in the process whether the role you're pursuing falls within your field of study to avoid surprises during onboarding.
Canadian professionals should ask directly about TN eligibility
Loenbro sponsors TN visas, which can be processed faster and with less administrative overhead than H-1B. If you hold Canadian or Mexican citizenship and your role qualifies under USMCA job categories, raise TN as an option early in conversations with the hiring team.
Use verified sponsorship data to prioritize your job search
Not every open role at Loenbro will lead to sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus on positions where international candidates have a documented path to work authorization rather than guessing.
Lead with your technical value, not your visa situation
Consulting and professional services firms evaluate candidates on the business case for hiring them. Frame your expertise and project experience prominently in your application materials, sponsorship becomes an easier conversation once a hiring manager is already sold on your qualifications.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Loenbro sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Loenbro has sponsored H-1B visas for international workers in consulting and professional services roles. H-1B sponsorship at the company tends to be selective rather than high-volume, so applicants should target positions that clearly meet specialty occupation requirements and be prepared to discuss their work authorization needs transparently during the hiring process.
Which visa types does Loenbro sponsor?
Loenbro sponsors H-1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas. This range covers students on practical training, early-career professionals transitioning from OPT, Canadian and Mexican nationals eligible for TN status, and experienced hires requiring full H-1B petitions. The right pathway for you depends on your citizenship, degree field, and the specific role you're targeting.
What types of roles at Loenbro are most likely to lead to visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Loenbro is most common in technical and professional roles that align with H-1B specialty occupation standards, such as engineering, project management, and specialized consulting positions. Roles that require a specific bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field are the clearest path. Generalist or administrative positions are less likely to qualify for sponsorship consideration.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Loenbro?
The most reliable approach is to use Migrate Mate, which aggregates and verifies sponsorship data so you can see exactly which companies have an active sponsorship track record before you apply. Searching directly on Loenbro's careers page is also worth doing, but pairing that with Migrate Mate's sponsorship filters helps you avoid wasting time on roles unlikely to lead to work authorization.
How do I approach the sponsorship conversation when applying to Loenbro?
Bring it up after you've demonstrated your value, ideally once you've moved past the initial screening stage. In consulting and professional services, hiring managers respond better when sponsorship is framed as a straightforward administrative step rather than a burden. Come prepared with a basic understanding of your visa pathway, whether that's OPT, TN, or H-1B, so you can answer questions confidently and move the process forward efficiently.
