How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Loenbro Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles that align with specialty occupation standards
Loenbro's consulting work tends to involve specialized, degree-required functions. Focus your applications on technical, analytical, or professional roles where your field of study directly maps to the job, this strengthens the H-1B specialty occupation case.
Understand that consulting sponsors on a role-by-role basis
Professional services firms like Loenbro evaluate sponsorship based on project need and headcount, not blanket policy. Tailor your outreach to specific open positions rather than asking about sponsorship in the abstract during early conversations.
Find verified open roles through a platform built for sponsored jobs
Browsing general job boards makes it hard to filter for real sponsors. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by actual sponsorship history and identify Loenbro openings without wading through unconfirmed listings.
Prepare for a structured hiring process typical of consulting firms
Consulting and professional services employers like Loenbro typically run multi-stage hiring with competency-based interviews. Preparing clear examples of project delivery, problem-solving, and client-facing work will help you move through their process efficiently.
Raise sponsorship early, but frame it around your timeline
If you're on OPT with a limited window, be transparent with Loenbro's recruiter early. Consulting firms often plan headcount months in advance, and proactively flagging your visa timeline helps hiring managers assess fit before it becomes an obstacle.

Does Loenbro sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Loenbro sponsors H-1B visas. The company operates in the Consulting and Professional Services sector, which commonly relies on H-1B sponsorship to hire specialized talent in degree-required roles. While Loenbro is not among the highest-volume H-1B sponsors, it has an active sponsorship track record and is a legitimate option for international candidates targeting consulting careers in the United States.
Which visa types does Loenbro sponsor?
Loenbro sponsors H-1B visas along with F-1 OPT and F-1 CPT for students and recent graduates, and TN visas for Canadian and Mexican nationals working in qualifying professional roles. This range of visa types makes Loenbro accessible to international candidates at different stages, from students on curricular practical training to experienced professionals seeking full H-1B sponsorship.
Which types of roles at Loenbro are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Visa sponsorship at consulting and professional services firms like Loenbro is most common in roles that meet specialty occupation requirements, meaning positions that typically require at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field. Technical, analytical, engineering, and business consulting roles tend to be stronger candidates for sponsorship than generalist or administrative positions where degree requirements are less defined.
What does the application process look like for sponsored roles at Loenbro?
Loenbro's hiring process for consulting roles typically involves a recruiter screen, followed by one or more competency-based interviews focused on relevant experience and problem-solving ability. For sponsored candidates, the employer initiates the visa process after an offer is extended. If you're on OPT or TN, it's worth flagging your timeline early so Loenbro's team can plan around any H-1B cap filing deadlines.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Loenbro?
The most reliable way is to use a platform that tracks real sponsorship history rather than self-reported employer claims. Migrate Mate verifies sponsor data and lets you filter job listings by company and visa type, so you can browse current Loenbro openings with confidence that sponsorship is confirmed. This saves time compared to filtering through general job boards where sponsorship information is often missing or outdated.
