Align Your Credentials to Field Operations
Loenbro's project management roles are rooted in industrial and field service delivery, not corporate program management. Tailor your resume to highlight construction, energy, or infrastructure project experience so your background reads as operationally relevant before the interview stage.
Confirm TN Eligibility Before Applying
Canadian and Mexican nationals may qualify for TN status under the Management Consultant category, which can cover Program Manager roles. Verify your job duties map to DOL's TN definition before you reach the offer stage to avoid surprises during negotiation.
Use Migrate Mate to Surface Active Openings
Loenbro posts Project Program Manager roles across multiple locations as project pipelines shift. Use Migrate Mate to filter open positions by visa sponsorship type so you're targeting roles where H-1B or OPT support is already on the table.
Document Your PMP or Equivalent Credential Early
Loenbro's Program Manager postings consistently reference formal project management credentials. Have your PMP certificate, transcripts, or credential evaluation from a NACES-approved agency ready before outreach so you can provide them quickly once an offer moves forward.
Ask About Cap-Exempt Filing Options at Offer
If you've already been counted against the H-1B cap at a previous employer, a transfer to Loenbro doesn't require re-entering the lottery. Clarify your prior H-1B status with your immigration attorney and flag this to the hiring team so USCIS processing timelines are scoped correctly from the start.
Time Your Application Around Project Award Cycles
Consulting and professional services firms like Loenbro ramp hiring when new project contracts are awarded. Targeting your application during periods of known project activity, rather than calendar year-end, increases the likelihood that headcount and sponsorship budget are actively approved.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Loenbro sponsor H-1B visas for Project Program Managers?
Yes, Loenbro has sponsored H-1B visas for Project Program Manager roles. The H-1B requires your position to qualify as a specialty occupation, meaning a bachelor's degree or higher in a directly related field is the standard entry requirement. Your employer files the petition with USCIS, so confirm sponsorship intent explicitly during the offer conversation before signing.
How do I apply for Project Program Manager jobs at Loenbro?
You can browse and apply for Project Program Manager openings at Loenbro through Migrate Mate, which filters listings by visa sponsorship type so you're not wasting time on roles that won't support your status. Loenbro posts positions across multiple service regions, so check regularly as openings shift with project award cycles rather than following a fixed hiring calendar.
Which visa types are commonly used for Project Program Manager roles at Loenbro?
Loenbro has sponsored H-1B visas for this role type, and F-1 OPT and CPT holders are also supported, making it accessible to recent graduates still within their work authorization window. Canadian and Mexican nationals may be eligible for TN status under the Management Consultant category, which avoids the H-1B lottery entirely. Confirm which category applies to your situation with an immigration attorney before the offer stage.
What qualifications does Loenbro expect for Project Program Manager roles?
Loenbro's Project Program Manager postings typically require a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field, along with demonstrated experience managing multi-phase projects in industrial or field service environments. Credentials like a PMP certification strengthen your candidacy. For H-1B eligibility, your degree field must align directly with the duties of the role as USCIS defines specialty occupation.
How do I plan my timeline if I need H-1B sponsorship at Loenbro?
The H-1B cap lottery opens each March for an October 1 start date, so an offer in the first quarter of the year gives you the best alignment. If you're on OPT, your 60-day grace period after employment ends gives you limited runway, so start conversations with Loenbro's hiring team well before your authorization expires. USCIS premium processing is available and can reduce adjudication to roughly 15 business days if timing is tight.
