POSITION OVERVIEW
The Learning & Development (L&D) Program Manager is responsible for leading the design, implementation, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise learning and development programs that support organizational performance, workforce capability, leadership effectiveness, and professional growth.
This role provides leadership and oversight for operational, leadership, and professional development initiatives, ensuring programs are scalable, sustainable, aligned with business priorities, and deliver measurable outcomes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the execution and continuous improvement of enterprise learning and development programs that support operational excellence, leadership capability, professional development, and organizational growth.
- Manage and develop a team of learning and development professionals, providing coaching, performance management, resource planning, and career development to build a high-performing function.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, learning & development, organizational development, education, business, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in learning & development, talent development, training, organizational development, workforce development.
- 3+ years of experience leading programs, projects, or teams.
- Experience managing enterprise learning initiatives and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instruction design methodologies, and learning technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence organizational change.
- Strong project management, communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive decisions and evaluate program effectiveness.
Preferred
- Professional certifications such as CPTD, ATD, SHRM, PHR, PMO, or equivalent.
