As a Host at PABU Izakaya, you are the first and last impression of the guest experience. With warmth, organization, and grace, you’ll manage reservations, greet and seat guests, and ensure a seamless flow in the dining room while setting the tone for exceptional hospitality.

You are well-spoken and exude hospitality in person and on the phone. You have amazing attention to detail, work well as part of a team, work well under pressure, and have a strong desire to learn.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- 1-3 years’ experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining high volume atmosphere
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience working with Open Table, Seven Rooms, and register POS systems preferred
- Ability to learn and retain information quickly
- Intellectual curiosity
- Ability to work clean, organized, and as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task
- At least 16 years of age
- Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
