Healthcare is broken at the first step: patients can't find the right care, understand what it costs, or access the medications they need. Mochi Health is fixing this.
We're building an AI-driven marketplace that makes healthcare discoverable—connecting patients to the right providers, transparent pharmacy pricing, and affordable medications. Over the past few years, we've grown rapidly by combining clinical expertise with technology that actually works for real people, not just hospital systems.
Our platform does what legacy healthcare can't: it gives patients transparent pricing before they pay, personalized medication management that follows them across providers, and long-term access to their own medical records. We're proving that healthcare can be more affordable, more human, and far more intuitive than what exists today.
Join a team that's rebuilding healthcare from the patient up. At Mochi Health, you'll work alongside people who value bold thinking, inclusive collaboration, and getting meaningful work into the world. If you want to do the most impactful work of your career, this is where to do it.

How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Mochi Health Visa Sponsorship USA
Target clinical and technical roles first
Mochi Health's sponsorship activity centers on specialized positions in healthcare technology and clinical operations. Focus your applications on roles that require specific expertise, these are the positions most likely to qualify for H-1B1 sponsorship at a telehealth company.
Understand the H-1B1 visa pathway
Mochi Health sponsors the H-1B1, a visa available exclusively to Singaporean and Chilean nationals. If you hold citizenship from either country, this specialized pathway deserves serious attention, competition is structurally lower than the standard H-1B lottery process.
Research their telehealth hiring cycles
Digital health companies like Mochi Health tend to hire in waves tied to product launches and funding rounds. Monitoring their job postings consistently over time, rather than applying once, significantly improves your chances of catching an active sponsorship-eligible opening.
Frame your specialty occupation credentials clearly
Mochi Health operates in personal wellness and metabolic health, so demonstrating a direct connection between your degree and the specific role is critical. Lead with your credentials and how they map to the position's core requirements when crafting your application materials.
Browse verified sponsorship opportunities on Migrate Mate
Identifying which openings at Mochi Health are genuinely sponsorship-eligible can be difficult. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, saving time you'd otherwise spend chasing roles that don't support visa applicants.
Prepare for a startup-paced hiring process
As a growth-stage telehealth company, Mochi Health moves quickly during hiring. Prepare your sponsorship documentation, references, and credentials in advance so delays on your end don't slow a timeline the hiring team expects to run fast.

Does Mochi Health sponsor H-1B visas?
Mochi Health's recorded sponsorship activity is specifically for the H-1B1 visa, not the standard H-1B. The H-1B1 is a distinct nonimmigrant work visa available only to citizens of Singapore and Chile. If you hold a passport from either country and work in a specialty occupation, Mochi Health is worth pursuing through this pathway.
What visa types does Mochi Health sponsor?
Based on available filing records, Mochi Health sponsors the H-1B1 visa for qualified workers in specialty occupations. This visa is reserved for Singaporean and Chilean nationals and does not require entering a lottery, unlike the standard H-1B. Candidates from other countries should inquire directly with Mochi Health's recruiting team about any additional sponsorship options.
Which roles at Mochi Health are most likely to be sponsored?
Sponsorship at healthcare technology companies like Mochi Health tends to concentrate in roles requiring specific clinical, engineering, or technical qualifications, positions where the specialty occupation standard is clearly met. Roles in software development, clinical operations, data science, and health informatics are typically strong candidates for visa sponsorship at telehealth firms.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Mochi Health?
The most efficient approach is to use Migrate Mate, which surfaces verified sponsoring employers and lets you filter by real sponsorship history rather than guessing from job descriptions. Search for Mochi Health directly on the platform to see current openings tied to their sponsorship record, and set up alerts so you're notified when new roles are posted.
How do I approach the application process at Mochi Health as a visa-sponsored candidate?
Be upfront about your visa requirements early, Mochi Health is a verified sponsor, so transparency helps rather than hurts. Clearly connect your educational background to the specific role, since specialty occupation documentation is a core part of the H-1B1 process. Expect a fast-moving interview process typical of growth-stage telehealth companies, and have your credentials ready to move quickly.
