We are a dream team obsessed with the uncomfortable excitement of discovering what happens when you merge creativity, intuition and cutting-edge technology. Come be a part of what’s next.
As we grow globally, we have increasing opportunities to communicate with and delight our members and prospective members in new ways. One of the primary levers for growth is developing new plans, with differentiated features and price points, so consumers can choose what is right for them.
This position is part of the broader Commerce Product team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of content experiences that drive engagement, grow the business, and entertain the world!

- Scale the Platform: Build and scale product experiences and platform capabilities to support the onboarding of content partners globally.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional leaders in articulating a compelling product vision, and then breaking the vision into well-scoped projects and driving execution. Work as part of an autonomous agile team along with designers, engineers, consumer insights, and data science, ML & analytics colleagues to deliver outstanding products to our customers.
- Advocate and Align: Ensure that the broader organization is clear about our product strategy and roadmap, and effectively farm for dissent. Deeply understand and socialize the evolving needs of our customers, with your consumer insights and design partners.
- Culture: Foster an inclusive environment, where all viewpoints are welcomed and encouraged. Embodies the Netflix real values while also bringing a new perspective to improve our culture.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Passion for Design, Product Excellence, Growth, Business Model Innovation, and/or Behavioral Economics! Past experience in entertainment industry or related products/solutions is a huge plus.

- Worked in a direct-to-consumer business, preferably with a global scope, where the consumer is paying for the service.
- Demonstrated leadership working effectively with designers, data scientists, engineers, researchers, and colleagues across content, communications, and marketing - ability to inspire, motivate and lead a cross-functional team.
- Very high attention to detail, with an ability to connect the smallest experience elements to the big picture goals at the company and team level.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - An ability to synthesize the complex into the simple and persuasive, and tell compelling stories with data.
- Comfortable using data to inform priorities and evaluate impact of initiatives.
- Has strong instincts for outstanding customer experience.
- Experience working in an organizational structure with both vertical and horizontal teams where ownership of a capability cuts across multiple teams.

Frame your M&A experience for streaming context
Netflix's corporate development team focuses on content acquisition, technology deals, and studio partnerships. Tailor your resume and cover letter to show deal experience in media, software, or IP-heavy industries rather than generic transaction history.
Verify your specialty occupation documentation early
Corporate development roles require demonstrating that a specific degree field is a minimum requirement, not just preferred. Pull your academic credentials and any credential evaluation before you reach the offer stage so nothing slows the H-1B or E-3 filing.
Target roles that align with Netflix's active verticals
Netflix structures corporate development around advertising technology, gaming, and international content. Searching for roles tied to these verticals signals deal-making experience that maps directly to their current strategic priorities and strengthens your application's relevance.
Understand how Netflix structures the LCA before negotiating
Your employer files a Labor Condition Application with the DOL before the H-1B petition, certifying your offered wage meets the prevailing wage for the role and location. Knowing this timeline prevents surprises when your start date is set around filing windows.
Use Migrate Mate to find open Corporate Development roles at Netflix
Filtering specifically for Netflix corporate development openings that include visa sponsorship saves significant time. Migrate Mate surfaces these listings in one place so you can apply while the roles are active and sponsorship eligibility is confirmed.

Find Corporate Development Manager at Netflix JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Netflix sponsor H-1B visas for Corporate Development Managers?
Yes, Netflix sponsors H-1B visas for Corporate Development Manager roles. The process involves Netflix filing a Labor Condition Application with the DOL, followed by an I-129 petition with USCIS. For cap-subject applicants, registration occurs in March with an October 1 start date if selected. Netflix's scale and legal infrastructure makes it well-equipped to manage this process.
How do I apply for Corporate Development Manager jobs at Netflix?
Applications go through Netflix's careers portal. Roles in corporate development are competitive and often require demonstrated M&A or strategic transactions experience, ideally in technology, media, or content-adjacent industries. To find openings that explicitly include visa sponsorship, Migrate Mate filters Netflix listings by visa type so you can apply with confidence your sponsorship need is already accounted for.
Which visa types does Netflix commonly use for Corporate Development Manager roles?
Netflix sponsors H-1B visas most frequently for this role, along with E-3 visas for Australian nationals and TN visas for Canadian and Mexican nationals. Candidates already holding F-1 OPT or CPT authorization can begin work before a visa change of status completes. Netflix also supports Green Card sponsorship through the EB-2 and EB-3 categories for longer-term employees.
What qualifications does Netflix expect for Corporate Development Manager candidates?
Netflix typically looks for candidates with investment banking, private equity, or in-house M&A backgrounds and a degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field. For specialty occupation visa purposes, the role must require a specific bachelor's degree or higher. Experience modeling complex transactions, conducting due diligence, and managing cross-functional deal teams is consistently valued across postings.
How do I time my application around visa sponsorship filing deadlines?
If you need an H-1B, the cap registration window opens in March. Netflix would need to extend a conditional offer before that window to register you. For E-3 or TN visas, there is no annual cap, so filing can proceed year-round once an offer is confirmed. Building a two-to-three month buffer between offer acceptance and your target start date gives both parties room to complete DOL and USCIS filings without a gap in authorization.
