Frame your M&A experience for Adobe's stack
Adobe acquires companies in digital media, marketing technology, and creative software. When preparing your resume and deal history, align your past transactions to those verticals. Generic corp dev experience reads weaker than a track record in adjacent SaaS or creative platform deals.
Verify Adobe's LCA filings before interviewing
Adobe files Labor Condition Applications with DOL before sponsoring most work visas. Searching the OFLC disclosure database for Corporate Development Manager titles confirms prevailing wage levels and gives you grounded salary expectations before you reach offer negotiations.
Target Adobe's pipeline roles, not just open requisitions
Adobe's corp dev team hires in clusters around strategic priorities. Browse Corporate Development Manager listings on Migrate Mate to identify active openings filtered by sponsorship type, so you're applying when Adobe is actively building headcount in this function.
Clarify your visa category before the offer stage
Adobe sponsors H-1B, E-3, TN, and other categories for this role. Knowing which category applies to your nationality before the offer conversation prevents delays. E-3 holders from Australia and TN applicants from Canada and Mexico often move faster than H-1B lottery timelines.
Prepare credential documentation early if your degree is international
Corporate Development Manager roles at Adobe typically require a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. If your degree is from outside the U.S., get a credential evaluation completed before Adobe's hiring team requests it to avoid slowing down the USCIS petition process.
Anticipate the H-1B cap timeline if you're on OPT
If Adobe is your H-1B sponsor and you're on F-1 OPT, registrations open in March for an October 1 start. STEM OPT extensions give you up to 36 months of buffer, but coordinate with Adobe's HR team early so the petition is filed before your OPT authorization expires.

Find Corporate Development Manager at Adobe JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Adobe sponsor H-1B visas for Corporate Development Managers?
Yes, Adobe sponsors H-1B visas for Corporate Development Manager roles. Because this position typically qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, it meets USCIS criteria for H-1B classification. If you're subject to the annual cap, Adobe would register you in the March lottery for an October 1 start date.
How do I apply for Corporate Development Manager jobs at Adobe?
Applications go through Adobe's careers portal at adobe.com/careers. Search for Corporate Development or Strategy titles and filter for roles in your preferred location. To find listings already filtered for visa sponsorship eligibility, Migrate Mate surfaces Adobe's Corporate Development Manager openings alongside sponsorship details, saving you time during your search.
Which visa types does Adobe commonly use for Corporate Development Manager roles?
Adobe sponsors H-1B, E-3, TN, and O-1 visas for professional roles including Corporate Development Managers. Australian citizens often pursue the E-3, which has no lottery and allows two-year renewable periods. Canadian and Mexican nationals frequently use the TN category. F-1 OPT and CPT are also supported for recent graduates entering the function.
What qualifications does Adobe expect for Corporate Development Manager candidates?
Adobe typically expects a background in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or corporate strategy for this role. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is common among competitive applicants. Experience evaluating technology acquisitions, conducting financial modeling, and managing cross-functional deal teams is weighted heavily. Familiarity with digital media or marketing technology sectors strengthens your profile significantly.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take once Adobe extends an offer?
Timeline depends on your visa category. TN and E-3 can be processed in weeks. H-1B petitions filed under regular processing take three to six months, with premium processing available from USCIS for a faster decision. PERM-based Green Card sponsorship, if offered, runs 12 to 24 months or longer depending on your country of birth and priority date.
