Frame Your Portfolio Around Ecosystem Partnerships
Adobe prioritizes Partnerships Managers with experience in software or platform ecosystems, not just channel sales. Highlight API integrations, ISV relationships, or co-sell programs in your resume to signal direct relevance to their Creative Cloud and Experience Cloud partner networks.
Target Adobe's Partner Ecosystem Teams Directly
Adobe structures partnerships hiring across distinct tracks: technology alliances, agency partners, and reseller channels. Search their careers page by team, not just title, so you reach the hiring manager closest to your background rather than a generalist recruiter pool.
Clarify Your Visa Category Before Recruiter Screens
Adobe sponsors multiple visa types for this function, so stating your specific status upfront, whether F-1 OPT, E-3, or H-1B transfer, helps the recruiter route your application correctly and avoids delays caused by misclassification late in the process.
Understand How H-1B Transfers Work Mid-Search
If you're already on an H-1B with another employer, Adobe can file a transfer petition and you can start working as soon as USCIS receives it, without waiting for approval. Knowing this removes the hesitation many candidates feel about changing roles mid-status.
Time Your Application Around Adobe's Hiring Cycles
Adobe typically ramps partnerships headcount ahead of major product and fiscal planning cycles. Applying in late Q3 or early Q4 of their fiscal year, which ends in November, positions you for roles that have budget confirmed and a faster path to offer.
Use Migrate Mate to Filter Adobe Roles by Visa Type
Not every open Partnerships Manager posting at Adobe will explicitly state sponsorship eligibility. Use Migrate Mate to filter Adobe's active roles by the visa categories you need, so you're only spending time on positions where your authorization aligns with their filing history.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Adobe sponsor H-1B visas for Partnerships Managers?
Yes, Adobe sponsors H-1B visas for Partnerships Manager roles. If you're transferring from another H-1B employer, Adobe can file a transfer petition and you're authorized to begin work once USCIS receives the filing, not just after approval. For new H-1B cap cases, timing depends on the annual lottery cycle, which opens in March for an October 1 start date.
Which visa types does Adobe commonly use for Partnerships Manager roles?
Adobe sponsors a range of visa categories for this function, including H-1B, E-3 for Australian citizens, TN visa for Canadian and Mexican nationals, F-1 OPT and CPT for recent graduates, J-1 visa, and immigrant visa pathways including EB-2 and EB-3. The right category depends on your nationality, degree, and current status. Some categories like E-3 and TN visa can move faster than the H-1B because they bypass the lottery.
What qualifications and experience does Adobe look for in Partnerships Managers?
Adobe's Partnerships Manager roles typically require experience in software or platform ecosystems, such as SaaS partner programs, technology alliances, or co-sell relationships. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is standard, and many roles expect familiarity with enterprise software sales cycles. Experience working with creative, marketing, or data platforms is a strong differentiator given Adobe's product portfolio.
How do I apply for Partnerships Manager jobs at Adobe?
Applications go through Adobe's careers site, where roles are listed by team and location. Before applying, filter for positions that match your visa category and seniority level, since Adobe structures partnerships hiring across several distinct tracks. Migrate Mate lets you browse currently open Partnerships Manager roles at Adobe filtered by the visa types the company sponsors, which saves time compared to screening individual listings manually.
How do I know if an Adobe Partnerships Manager role will support my visa before accepting an offer?
Raise your visa requirements during the recruiter screen, not after an offer is extended. Adobe's talent acquisition team routes sponsorship requests through their immigration team early in the process. For H-1B and EB pathways, your employer must file with USCIS and, for green card cases, complete PERM labor certification through the DOL. Confirming this alignment before the final round prevents delays or offer rescissions tied to authorization issues.
