The Finance partner will influence management decisions, lead change, standardize methods, and challenge the status quo as Adobe scales for growth. This role supports senior leadership with headcount and budget management. It drives and mentors partners through key processes like quarterly and annual planning. You will provide ongoing insight into business health, including trends, variances, and risk assessments. You will contribute to decision-making by offering financial mentorship and presenting data clearly to leadership. This role partners cross-functionally with Global Accounting, Treasury & Corporate Risk, and Legal to conduct economic research on rates of return, depreciation, working capital, investments opportunities, and governmental requirements.

The U.S. pay range for this position is $128,700 -- $243,850 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $168,400 - $243,850.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
