-
Partner with Marketing Operations, Analytics, and Sales Finance teams to ensure consistent, integrated reporting across the customer journey.
-
Build and maintain an executive-level Marketing ROI scorecard providing ongoing visibility into program performance and spend efficiency for Enterprise Marketing leadership.

Frame your SaaS metrics experience clearly
Adobe's Finance roles focus heavily on subscription revenue, ARR, and deferred revenue accounting. Tailor your resume to reflect experience with these metrics so hiring managers can immediately see the fit before sponsorship even enters the conversation.
Target roles that align with your visa category
Adobe sponsors multiple visa types including H-1B, E-3, and TN. If you're Canadian or Australian, an E-3 or TN has no lottery and can process faster, making you a lower-friction hire for a Finance team with open headcount.
Use Migrate Mate to filter open Finance roles
Adobe regularly posts Finance positions across FP&A, accounting, and treasury functions. Use Migrate Mate to browse Adobe's current openings and filter by visa type to find roles that match your sponsorship eligibility and seniority level.
Prepare CPA or CFA credentials before applying
Finance roles at a public technology company like Adobe frequently require or strongly prefer a CPA or CFA designation. Having your credential active before you apply removes a conditional offer risk and strengthens your specialty occupation case for H-1B filing.
Understand Adobe's PERM timeline for long-term planning
If your goal is a Green Card, Adobe has sponsored EB-2 and EB-3 pathways through PERM labor certification. DOL processing currently runs 12 to 18 months before an I-140 petition can be filed, so factor that into your long-term timeline from day one.
Negotiate your start date around H-1B cap deadlines
If you need cap-subject H-1B sponsorship, USCIS's registration window opens in March with an October 1 start date. If Adobe extends an offer in late spring, your earliest eligible start may be nearly a year away. Build that into your offer discussion.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Adobe sponsor H-1B visas for Finance roles?
Yes, Adobe sponsors H-1B visas for Finance positions including FP&A, corporate accounting, and financial operations roles. Finance roles typically qualify as specialty occupations under USCIS criteria because they require at minimum a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Adobe's established sponsorship infrastructure means the process is handled internally rather than outsourced.
How do I apply for Finance jobs at Adobe?
Applications go through Adobe's careers portal, where Finance roles are listed by function and location. Before applying, tailor your resume to Adobe's SaaS business context, particularly subscription revenue, close processes, and financial reporting for public companies. You can also browse Finance openings filtered by visa type on Migrate Mate to identify roles where your sponsorship category is a fit.
Which visa types does Adobe commonly use for Finance hires?
Adobe sponsors H-1B, E-3 visa, TN visa, and F-1 OPT for Finance roles, as well as EB-2 and EB-3 for permanent residence pathways. Australian citizens can pursue the E-3 visa, which has no lottery and allows biennial renewals. Canadian and Mexican citizens may qualify for TN visa status under the USMCA for specific Finance occupations like Accountant. F-1 OPT holders are also sponsored during their 12-month authorization window.
What qualifications does Adobe expect for Finance positions?
Most Finance roles at Adobe require a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics at minimum, with CPA or CFA credentials preferred for mid-to-senior levels. Adobe's Finance team operates in a complex public company environment, so experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition, financial close processes, or FP&A in a SaaS or subscription business strengthens your candidacy significantly over general corporate finance backgrounds.
How do I think about timing if I need H-1B sponsorship at Adobe?
If you're not yet in H-1B status, USCIS runs a lottery each March for an October 1 start date. Adobe would need to register you before the window closes and file a full petition if selected. If you're on F-1 OPT, Adobe can employ you during OPT and bridge you through the cap-gap provision while your H-1B petition is pending, avoiding a work authorization gap.
