Overview
The Intuit Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) is responsible for generating over half of Intuit’s global revenue. Flagship brands include QuickBooks and Mailchimp, and our vision is to power SMB prosperity globally by delivering our AI-enabled 'all-in-one' platform in one place for small and mid-sized businesses to run and grow their business, from lead to cash, with a virtual team of AI-enabled agents and human experts.
The roll out of a more powerful, platform-backed Quickbooks across 100+ countries last November marked a pivotal milestone, and it also proved something critical: while tax codes, regulations and languages change at the border, the fundamental needs of small businesses do not. No matter the location, our customers need to get paid, manage capital, and find customers.
The International Product Organization, part of the GBSG, is seeking a dynamic Principal Product Manager to lead our International Platform and AI strategy, driving global scale, local market relevance, to expand our global footprint and unlock the next generation of global growth through world-class platform-based and AI-first customer experiences. This role requires a seasoned product leader with a strong ability to drive cross-functional and senior stakeholder alignment, exceptional ability to identify and execute high impact opportunities, with a strong customer and product sense, and a deep understanding of how to build and scale platform-based offerings across international markets.

Frame Your M&A Experience Around Intuit's Segments
Intuit organizes its corporate development activity around three business units: Small Business, Consumer, and Credit Karma. Tailor your deal experience to these segments specifically, highlighting transactions that parallel fintech, SaaS, or tax technology verticals rather than presenting general M&A credentials.
Verify Your Visa Category Before Applying
Corporate Development Manager roles at Intuit have been filled under H-1B, E-3, and TN categories. Confirm your nationality aligns with the right category early so you're targeting the correct sponsorship pathway and not discovering a mismatch after an offer is on the table.
Use Migrate Mate to Filter Intuit's Open Roles
Intuit's corporate development openings are spread across seniority levels and business units, which makes it easy to apply for the wrong role. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for visa-sponsored Corporate Development Manager positions at Intuit and track what's currently active.
Prepare a Specialty Occupation Narrative for Your Degree
USCIS evaluates whether Corporate Development roles qualify as specialty occupations under H-1B. A business analytics, finance, or economics degree strengthens that case. If your degree is in a different field, document how your coursework and experience directly map to the transactional and strategic scope of the role.
Negotiate Offer Timing Around H-1B Cap Deadlines
If you need a new H-1B, USCIS registration typically opens in March for an October 1 start date. If an offer comes outside that window, ask whether Intuit will file under cap-exempt status or bridge your employment through OPT or another authorized period.
Request LCA Documentation Before You Sign
Intuit's legal team files a Labor Condition Application with DOL before submitting any H-1B petition. Ask your recruiter to confirm the prevailing wage level assigned to your role, since LCA wage levels directly affect your offered salary and can vary by work location within Intuit's footprint.

Find Corporate Development Manager at Intuit JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Intuit sponsor H-1B visas for Corporate Development Managers?
Yes, Intuit sponsors H-1B visas for Corporate Development Manager roles. The company files H-1B petitions through its internal immigration team and works with outside counsel to prepare the Labor Condition Application and I-129 petition. If you're subject to the H-1B cap, timing your offer around the March USCIS registration window is critical to securing an October 1 start date.
How do I apply for Corporate Development Manager jobs at Intuit?
Applications go through Intuit's careers portal, but roles are listed inconsistently across seniority levels and business units. Searching by job function rather than title often surfaces relevant openings that a direct title search misses. You can also browse visa-sponsored Corporate Development Manager positions at Intuit through Migrate Mate, which filters specifically for roles open to sponsored candidates.
Which visa types does Intuit use for Corporate Development Manager roles?
Intuit sponsors multiple visa categories for Corporate Development Managers, including H-1B for most nationalities, E-3 for Australian citizens, and TN for Canadian and Mexican nationals with qualifying credentials. F-1 OPT and CPT are also supported for candidates still in authorized student status. The right pathway depends on your nationality, degree field, and current immigration status.
What qualifications does Intuit expect for a Corporate Development Manager?
Intuit typically looks for a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field, with an MBA or CFA being common among competitive candidates. Hands-on experience in investment banking, private equity, or in-house M&A is expected. Familiarity with SaaS valuation models and fintech deal structures is a practical differentiator given the company's core business segments.
How do I time my application if my OPT is running out?
If your F-1 OPT is expiring, your window to secure H-1B sponsorship before it ends depends on when USCIS cap registration opens relative to your OPT expiration date. Intuit can file an H-1B petition that bridges your OPT through the cap-gap provision if you have a STEM OPT extension, giving you up to 18 additional months of authorized employment while your petition is pending.
