The US base salary range for this full-time position is $186,000-$270,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- MBA or Master's degree.
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
- Experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment for an organization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to take ambiguous topics and turn them into compelling narratives for different audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with business acumen.
Responsibilities:
- Drive projects, identify and assess strategic opportunities, and influence executive-level decision making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations on potential options, risks, and upsides to support business growth.
- Identify and address systemic business issues through innovative, creative solutions. Navigate ambiguity and translate undefined problems into plans.
- Build relationships with executive stakeholders, influencing and aligning groups on solutions that drive business growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor leveraging knowledge of internal systems and industry trends to inform decision making.
- Set the strategic direction for the team, aligning team goals with broader organizational objectives and driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve results.
