ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The AI Strategy & Transformation Architect is a senior advisory role within NeuraFlash's Agentic practice. The core focus is guiding clients through AI transformation, moving beyond high-level strategy to implementation by turning ambiguous business problems into working software and structured roadmaps. The work is at the intersection of AI strategy and delivery. Our clients are trying to figure out where AI belongs in their business, what it takes to get there, and how to make change stick. Your job is to guide them through that, not with a slide deck and a handoff, but with a structured, repeatable approach that turns ambiguity into a roadmap and a roadmap into working software. The right person for this role is equally comfortable in a C-suite strategy session and a backlog grooming meeting. They understand Agentforce and Einstein at a level of depth that earns technical credibility, and they've seen enough AI deployments — successful ones and ones that struggled — to advise clients honestly.
Lead Client Advisory Engagements:
- Serve as a trusted advisor across paid advisory engagements — sometimes as the primary client lead, sometimes co-leading alongside an account or delivery partner
- Facilitate working sessions and interviews with executive and cross-functional stakeholders to surface business priorities, pain points, and transformation ambitions
- Shape ambiguous problems into structured problem statements with clear scope and defined success criteria
- Produce strategy-grade artifacts: capability models, AI use case portfolios, prioritized roadmaps, operating model designs, and governance frameworks
Design AI-Infused Business Processes:
- Lead end-to-end business process analysis and redesign with AI as a core design input — not a bolt-on
- Identify where agentic AI, automation, and human-in-the-lead models create the most durable business value
- Map current-state workflows to future-state operating models, surfacing gaps in data readiness, governance, and organizational capability
- Translate process and capability findings into AI use cases scoped for delivery — with clear owners, dependencies, and success metrics
Bridge Strategy to Delivery:
- Stay connected to the delivery team through build helping to translate strategic intent into user stories, agent design patterns, and acceptance criteria
- Serve as the connective tissue between business architecture and technical architecture on the Salesforce platform
- Partner with Solution and Technical Architects to pressure-test what's been designed before it gets built
- Own the handoff from advisory to implementation in a way that doesn't lose the 'why' behind every decision
Build the Practice:
- Contribute reusable IP: frameworks, playbooks, assessment tools, discovery accelerators — that the broader practice can use
- Bring a point of view on where agentic AI is headed and help NeuraFlash stay ahead of it
- Support proposal development and SOW scoping for advisory engagements where your domain expertise is needed
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
- 10+ years in management consulting, enterprise strategy, or digital transformation
- 3+ years leading Salesforce-based engagements at a delivery or architecture level (not just recommending it from the outside or from a presales perspective)
- Hands-on experience designing and operationalizing agentic AI use cases — you've built the business case and watched it get built
- Track record of leading executive-level workshops and strategic decision sessions, not just presenting in them
- Experience designing future-state operating models, not just documenting current-state processes
Platform & Technical Depth:
- Strong functional and conceptual understanding of the Salesforce platform — Agentforce, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Field Service, Data Cloud, Einstein — deep enough to speak credibly with solution architects and challenge design decisions, without needing to be a developer or hands-on configurator
- Familiarity with how agentic AI constructs (actions, topics, instructions, grounding) map to real business use cases
- Working knowledge of AI/LLM ecosystems (Salesforce Agentforce, OpenAI, AWS, Azure) and how they apply to enterprise transformation
- Understanding of data readiness, integration architecture, and governance requirements for AI deployment — you know what makes or breaks an AI rollout
Craft & Communication:
- Strong facilitation skills — you can run a room with 12 executives and come out with clarity, not just notes
- Ability to synthesize complex, ambiguous inputs into crisp, actionable frameworks and narratives
- Excellent written output — your decks, SOWs, and strategy docs are polished, precise, and scope-protective
- Comfortable with ambiguity at the front of an engagement; disciplined enough to drive toward structure by the end
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with contact center technology and operations (Amazon Connect, NICE, Genesys, or similar)
- Salesforce certifications: AI Specialist, Admin, Service Cloud Consultant, Strategy Designer, or equivalent
- Background in Design Thinking, human-centered design, or service design methodologies
- Experience in regulated industries where AI governance, risk, and compliance add real complexity
