Position Summary
New American Funding (NAF) is a nationwide mortgage lender committed to helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership goals. We are seeking a visionary, strategic, and results-driven Sr. Director of Product & Audience Marketing to join our leadership team. This senior executive will own the full product and audience marketing function — driving industry-leading positioning for NAF's loan products and proprietary technology platforms, building strategic partnership marketing opportunities, and establishing NAF as the definitive category leader in tech-enabled mortgage solutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic marketing executive with deep expertise in both financial services products and technology platforms, a sophisticated understanding of audience segmentation, and the executive presence to influence at the highest levels of the organization and across external partnerships.
Responsibilities
Product Marketing & Positioning
- Own end-to-end product marketing strategy across NAF's full portfolio — including loan products (purchase, refinance, reverse, specialty) and proprietary technology platforms.
- Expertise in AI and how to position NAF as an industry leader in this space.
- Develop compelling, differentiated product positioning and messaging that clearly articulates NAF's competitive advantages to borrowers, loan officers, partners, and the broader market.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis to benchmark NAF's offerings against key industry players, identify whitespace opportunities, and inform product roadmap and marketing strategy.
- Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for new product launches, technology releases, and platform updates — ensuring cross-functional alignment from inception through launch and post-launch optimization.
- Partner with strategy and sales on roadmap communication, market validation, and GTM readiness.
- Own integrated product marketing campaigns in collaboration with Marketing Operations.
- Establish NAF as the industry leader in technology-enabled mortgage lending through bold market positioning.
Audience Strategy & Segmentation
- Lead the development of a sophisticated audience segmentation framework — identifying, defining, and prioritizing key customer and partner segments based on behavioral, demographic, financial, and psychographic data.
- Translate audience insights into targeted marketing strategies, tailored messaging, and personalized content experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and loyalty.
- Champion a data-driven approach to audience analysis, leveraging analytics platforms to continuously refine targeting, measure impact, and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with lead gen and data teams to build and maintain NAF's audience data assets.
Strategic Partnerships
- Serve as a senior marketing leader for NAF's strategic partnership ecosystem — developing joint go-to-market strategies, co-marketing programs, and partner enablement materials.
- Demonstrate fluency in strategic partnership structures, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and the ability to navigate partnership terms, obligations, and co-marketing arrangements at an executive level.
- Build and sustain relationships with key external partners, technology vendors, and industry organizations to amplify NAF's market presence and distribution reach.
- Collaborate with partnership and legal teams to structure partnership frameworks that align marketing objectives with contractual requirements.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of 3 marketers (across mortgage products, strategic partnerships, tech products).
- Set clear goals, establish accountability frameworks, and lead with clarity and decisiveness through ambiguity.
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Success leadership to align GTM plans, track KPIs, adoption metrics, and campaign performance.
- Present strategy, insights, and recommendations to C-suite and senior leadership with confidence and authority.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required; Master's degree or MBA strongly preferred.
- 10–15 years of progressive experience in product marketing, audience marketing, or related disciplines, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in marketing both loan/mortgage products and technology/SaaS products — candidates with experience in only one domain will not be considered.
- Demonstrated expertise in audience segmentation, audience analysis, and data-driven targeting strategies at scale.
- Fluency in strategic partnerships, including a working understanding of how Master Service Agreements (MSAs) function, co-marketing obligations, and partnership lifecycle management.
- Proven ability to differentiate product offerings from competitors and conduct rigorous, ongoing competitive analysis to inform positioning and strategy.
- Demonstrated success establishing a brand or product line as a category leader, with the vision and execution capability to make NAF the industry leader in tech-enabled mortgage solutions.
- Significant experience in the financial services, mortgage, or real estate industry, with a strong understanding of the loan lifecycle, mortgage products, compliance requirements, and industry dynamics.
- Proven success in building and executing go-to-market strategies for SaaS, platform-based, or financial products.
- Data-driven mindset with strong comfort around KPIs, adoption metrics, business case development, and ROI analysis.
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, and mortgage industry platforms.
- Deep familiarity with compliance, risk, and regulatory considerations in financial product marketing (e.g., RESPA, UDAAP, FCRA).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex product value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and present confidently to leadership.

Target roles aligned with Green Card sponsorship
New American Funding's sponsorship activity is concentrated in employment-based Green Card categories like EB-2 and EB-3. Focus your applications on roles in operations, technology, and finance where employers typically initiate permanent residency sponsorship.
Understand the Green Card timeline before applying
Permanent residency sponsorship through EB-2 or EB-3 is a multi-year commitment for both sides. Research PERM labor certification timelines and priority date backlogs before accepting an offer, so you go in with realistic expectations.
Highlight specialized financial services expertise
New American Funding operates in a competitive mortgage and banking environment. Candidates with backgrounds in loan operations, compliance, risk management, or financial technology are well-positioned for roles that justify sponsorship investment from the employer.
Ask about sponsorship policy during early interviews
Not every open role at New American Funding will come with sponsorship. Raise the topic early, ideally with a recruiter rather than a hiring manager, to confirm whether a specific position supports Green Card sponsorship before investing time in the process.
Search for verified sponsoring roles efficiently
Finding employers with a real sponsorship track record in banking and financial services takes time. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and focus your energy on companies like New American Funding that have actually filed.
Position yourself as a long-term hire
Green Card sponsorship requires significant employer commitment. When applying to New American Funding, emphasize career trajectory, specialized credentials, and intent to grow within the company, as employers sponsoring permanent residency prioritize retention-oriented candidates.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does New American Funding sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship records, New American Funding's visa sponsorship activity is focused on employment-based Green Card categories rather than H-1B visas. If you currently hold H-1B status through another employer, you may still be eligible to transfer, but you should confirm directly with New American Funding's HR team whether they support H-1B transfers for specific roles.
What visa types does New American Funding sponsor?
New American Funding sponsors employment-based Green Cards, primarily through the EB-2 and EB-3 preference categories. EB-2 typically applies to professionals with advanced degrees or exceptional ability, while EB-3 covers skilled workers and professionals. Sponsorship is generally initiated after a candidate is hired, following a PERM labor certification process filed by the employer with the Department of Labor.
Which roles at New American Funding are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at financial services companies like New American Funding tends to be concentrated in roles requiring specialized or hard-to-fill expertise. Technology, data, compliance, and financial operations positions are common areas where employers initiate Green Card sponsorship. Roles in general administration or entry-level customer service are less likely to qualify. Review job postings carefully for language indicating sponsorship eligibility.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at New American Funding?
Migrate Mate is the most efficient way to find open roles at companies with verified sponsorship records. You can browse New American Funding's active listings filtered by visa type, so you only spend time on positions where sponsorship is a realistic outcome. This saves significant time compared to manually researching each job posting across multiple platforms.
How do I approach the application process at New American Funding as a visa-sponsored candidate?
Start by identifying roles where your skills align with New American Funding's core business in mortgage lending and banking. Clarify sponsorship availability with the recruiter in your first conversation. Be prepared to discuss your current visa status, work authorization timeline, and long-term career goals. Employers sponsoring Green Cards prefer candidates who demonstrate stability and specialized value, so tailor your application accordingly.
