Job Roles at New American Funding Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in New American Funding Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles in technical and analytical functions
New American Funding's sponsorship activity has concentrated in specialized professional roles rather than general business positions. Focus your search on technical, analytical, or compliance-heavy functions within banking and financial services where employer sponsorship is more common.
Understand that Green Card sponsorship is their primary pathway
New American Funding has historically sponsored through EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa categories rather than temporary work visas. If you're seeking a long-term permanent residency path rather than a short-term visa, this company's sponsorship model may align with your goals.
Demonstrate deep domain expertise in financial services
In banking and financial services, employers sponsor candidates who bring specialized skills that are genuinely difficult to source locally. Highlight credentials, certifications, or experience specific to mortgage lending, risk, or compliance to strengthen your sponsorship case.
Research their open roles before applying
Not every role at New American Funding will come with sponsorship eligibility. Browse verified sponsor listings on Migrate Mate, which surfaces real sponsorship history by employer so you can identify which positions are realistically open to visa-sponsored candidates.
Ask about sponsorship policy early in the process
Because New American Funding sponsors selectively rather than at high volume, it's worth confirming sponsorship availability before investing heavily in the application process. Raise the question respectfully during the recruiter screen rather than waiting until the offer stage.

Does New American Funding sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, New American Funding has not been an active H-1B sponsor. Their immigration support has focused on permanent residency through EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card categories instead. If H-1B sponsorship is a requirement for your situation, it's worth clarifying directly with their recruiting team before applying, as sponsorship policies can evolve.
What visa types does New American Funding sponsor?
New American Funding's sponsorship activity has centered on employment-based Green Card categories, specifically EB-2 and EB-3. These pathways are designed for professionals in roles requiring at least a bachelor's degree or skilled workers in specialized occupations. Candidates targeting permanent residency rather than a temporary work visa will find their sponsorship model more applicable.
Which roles or departments at New American Funding are most likely to offer visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at financial services companies like New American Funding tends to concentrate in roles requiring specialized technical or analytical expertise, such as software engineering, data analysis, risk management, or compliance. General business, sales, or administrative roles are less likely to qualify for employer-sponsored immigration support. Reviewing active job postings on Migrate Mate can help you identify which positions have a documented sponsorship track record.
How do I apply for a sponsored role at New American Funding?
Start by identifying open roles that align with your technical background and visa needs. During the recruiter screen, ask clearly whether the position is eligible for immigration sponsorship before advancing. If the role is a fit, the employer typically initiates PERM labor certification through the Department of Labor, followed by an I-140 petition with USCIS. The full process can take several years, so early clarity on timelines is important.
How do I find verified sponsorship opportunities at New American Funding?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international job seekers and surfaces employers based on verified sponsorship history, including companies like New American Funding. Rather than guessing which roles qualify, you can filter by visa type and company to see where sponsorship has actually been granted. This helps you focus your applications on employers with a real track record rather than those who only mention sponsorship vaguely in job postings.
