Frame your credentials around financial services compliance
Newrez operates in a heavily regulated mortgage environment. Highlight any experience with RESPA, CFPB guidelines, or loss mitigation workflows on your resume. Customer service management in banking requires demonstrable compliance literacy, not just team leadership.
Confirm your visa category covers management-level roles
H-1B and TN sponsorship for management positions requires the role to qualify as a specialty occupation. Customer Service Management at a mortgage servicer typically satisfies this through finance, business administration, or operations management degree requirements. Verify your degree field aligns before applying.
Target Newrez roles tied to its servicing portfolio
Newrez concentrates customer service operations around mortgage servicing, default management, and borrower communications. Search for roles that reference these business lines specifically. They represent the highest-volume hiring areas and are where sponsorship decisions carry the most institutional precedent.
Use Migrate Mate to filter Newrez openings by visa type
Browse Customer Service Management positions at Newrez filtered by your specific visa category on Migrate Mate. This saves time that would otherwise go toward manually screening job listings that never lead to a sponsorship conversation.
Prepare for the PERM recruitment documentation phase
If your role requires a Green Card pathway via PERM, Newrez must document that no qualified U.S. workers were available. This process runs through DOL and can take over a year. Having your performance records and credentials organized in advance keeps the filing moving without delays on your end.

Find Customer Service Management at Newrez JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Newrez sponsor H-1B visas for Customer Service Managements?
Yes, Newrez has sponsored H-1B visas for roles in its customer service and operations functions. For management-level positions in mortgage servicing, the company has demonstrated willingness to file H-1B petitions where the role meets the specialty occupation standard, typically supported by a degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
How do I apply for Customer Service Management jobs at Newrez?
Applications go through Newrez's careers portal. Before applying, confirm the role aligns with your visa category and that the job description reflects degree-level requirements, which strengthens the specialty occupation case. Migrate Mate lists open Customer Service Management positions at Newrez filtered by sponsorship-eligible visa types, so you can identify the right openings before applying directly.
Which visa types does Newrez commonly use for Customer Service Management roles?
Newrez has sponsored H-1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, TN, and employment-based Green Card categories including EB-2 and EB-3 for roles in this function. H-1B is the most common path for full-time management hires. F-1 OPT is often the entry point for recent graduates before transitioning to H-1B sponsorship through the annual USCIS lottery.
What qualifications does Newrez expect for Customer Service Management positions?
Newrez typically looks for candidates with a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or operations management combined with direct experience leading customer-facing teams in financial services or mortgage servicing. Familiarity with escalation handling, regulatory compliance, and servicing platforms is a consistent theme across these roles. For visa sponsorship purposes, the degree-to-role alignment matters as much as the experience itself.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for a Newrez management role?
For H-1B, the timeline depends on USCIS lottery selection in April, with employment starting October 1 at the earliest under regular processing. Premium processing reduces USCIS adjudication to around 15 business days but does not affect the lottery or start date. Green Card sponsorship via PERM runs through DOL first, which can take one to two years before USCIS filing even begins.
