Understand that Green Card sponsorship is a long-term commitment
Nexamp's sponsorship history centers on permanent residency pathways rather than temporary work visas. When applying, demonstrate your intent to build a long-term career in renewable energy, this signals you're a candidate worth the multi-year Green Card investment.
Highlight clean energy expertise in your application
Nexamp operates in community solar and renewable energy infrastructure. Candidates with experience in solar project development, grid interconnection, or clean energy policy are more likely to be considered for roles that qualify for sponsored permanent residency positions.
Ask about sponsorship eligibility early in the hiring process
Because Nexamp's sponsorship volume is selective rather than high-volume, it's worth confirming during your recruiter screen whether the specific role you're applying for is eligible for Green Card sponsorship before investing significant time in the process.
