- Guide new channel partners through the full onboarding process — contracts, tax forms, portal access, and certification training — so every partner has a clear path to going live
- Coordinate hardware fulfillment from purchase order to delivery, tracking shipments and working with procurement to keep inventory stocked and on schedule during peak onboarding periods
- Serve as the liaison between installation partners and field technicians, scheduling physical installations and reducing the administrative load on Field Service Engineers
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues at partner sites, collaborating with tier 3 support teams to diagnose problems and coordinate site visits when needed
- Manage the RMA process for hardware that arrives damaged or fails during initial setup, keeping partners informed and resolution timelines tight
- Maintain a real-time deployment dashboard tracking all active deployments by stage — Shipped, In-Transit, Installing, Validated — so nothing falls through the cracks
- Keep CRM (HubSpot) and project (JIRA) records accurate and up to date to support billing, labor tracking, and reporting
