You will serve as the central point of accountability for project performance, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes and revenue delivery. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for operational excellence.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Build and maintain client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact and fostering long-term trust.
- Communicate proactively to align expectations, share updates, and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure integrated service delivery.
- Share client insights to support continuous improvement and inform service enhancements.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree Required (in Science, Chemistry, Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field preferred)
- 1–5 years of experience in a client-facing role such as Project Manager, Account Manager or customer relations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals.
