Target roles that align with Corteva's core research functions
Corteva's sponsorship activity is concentrated in scientific and technical disciplines, think plant biology, agrochemistry, data science, and engineering. Prioritize roles that sit within R&D or product development to maximize your chances of sponsorship consideration.
Understand which visa types Corteva supports
Corteva sponsors H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, J-1, and Green Card pathways. If you're on OPT or CPT, Corteva is worth targeting early, many of its internship and early-career roles feed into longer-term sponsored positions.
Use internships and CPT roles as a pipeline entry point
Corteva participates in CPT and J-1 programs, making it accessible for students still in school. A CPT or internship role at Corteva can establish a relationship that positions you for H-1B sponsorship after graduation and full-time hiring.
Prepare for a technically rigorous interview process
Corteva's Science & Research environment means interviews often involve deep domain knowledge, lab experience, or data analysis skills. Arrive ready to discuss specific research contributions, methodologies you've used, and how your expertise connects to agricultural innovation.
Apply early relative to H-1B cap season
Corteva is an active H-1B sponsor, and cap-subject employees need petitions filed in April for an October start. Engage with Corteva hiring processes in late fall or winter so you can complete offers, paperwork, and LCA filing before the registration window opens in March.
Browse verified sponsorship opportunities before applying
Confirming that a company genuinely sponsors before investing time in applications matters. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and find open roles at companies like Corteva with confidence.
