The Lead Spa Concierge serves as the primary liaison between spa guests, group clients, and the spa operations team. Responsibilities:
Guest Services & Concierge Leadership
- Greet, welcome, and assist guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Supervise spa concierge/front desk team, ensuring consistent service standards and guest satisfaction.
