You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive successful rollout and adoption. We’re looking for a strong executor who can translate established priorities into clear, polished launch and enablement assets. Our primary audiences include developers, mobile app teams, and technical product managers. This role requires technical fluency and the ability to translate platform capabilities - AI, integrations, and automation into compelling narratives and practical materials for both technical and business stakeholders. Much of the work will focus on delivering product and feature launch materials and sales-facing content such as decks, one-pagers, and competitive assets in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Execute Product & Feature Launches:
- Own execution of product and feature launches based on strategic direction
- Develop launch materials across technical and business audiences, including blogs, release notes, product pages, technical explainers, and enablement content
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate platform capabilities (AI, integrations, data workflows, automation) into clear, differentiated messaging
- Coordinate cross-functional timelines to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
Support Sales Enablement:
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, solution briefs, competitive battlecards, and technical FAQs
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure materials clearly articulate product value and differentiation
- Refresh and optimize assets based on product updates, competitive shifts, and field feedback to improve onboarding, retention, activations, and upsell
Collaborate & Operate Independently:
- Independently execute polished, accurate deliverables
- Gather technical and customer insights to strengthen launch and enablement content
- Proactively identify gaps in launch or enablement content and fill them
- Monitor competitive landscape, AI, and industry trends to ensure materials remain relevant and compelling
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 4+ years of product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company in martech, customer engagement platforms, developer tools, or marketing automation
- Proven track record executing successful product launches
- Ability to translate complex technical features into clear value propositions for both product and developers teams (blog posts, technical guides) and business decision-makers (pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive battlecards)
- Strong technical fluency: Comfortable explaining AI features, SDKs, integrations, and platform capabilities to multiple audiences
- Experience with and interest in AI/ML applications in marketing or customer engagement (predictive analytics, personalization, intelligent segmentation)
- Self-directed executor who can independently manage multiple launches and priorities while delivering high-quality work on deadline
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience working closely with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams
- Highly collaborative with a deep sense of ownership and accountability

Job Roles at OneSignal Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in OneSignal Visa Sponsorship USA
Target engineering and product roles first
OneSignal's sponsorship activity is concentrated in technical disciplines. Software engineering, product management, and developer-facing roles are your strongest entry points, these teams drive the platform's core infrastructure and see the most international hiring.
Australian candidates should highlight E-3 eligibility
OneSignal has sponsored E-3 visas, making it a realistic option for Australian nationals. The E-3 has no lottery and renews every two years, so leading with that in conversations with recruiters can simplify the sponsorship conversation considerably.
Time your application around the H-1B cap season
If you need H-1B sponsorship, aim to have an offer in place before March. OneSignal would need to submit your registration in the annual lottery window, so starting the interview process in January or February gives you the best chance of meeting that deadline.
Research open roles that match OneSignal's sponsorship history
Focus your search on roles where sponsorship has actually occurred, not just positions that sound technical. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and identify which OneSignal openings are realistic targets for visa holders.
Come prepared to discuss work authorization proactively
At a company OneSignal's size, recruiters handle sponsorship regularly but appreciate candidates who understand the process. Briefly explaining your visa type, timeline, and any OPT or E-3 advantages early in the conversation signals you've done your homework and reduces perceived friction.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does OneSignal sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, OneSignal sponsors H-1B visas. The company operates in the Technology & Software industry, where H-1B sponsorship is common for specialized technical roles. If you're pursuing H-1B sponsorship, timing matters, you'll need a job offer in place before the annual registration window opens in early spring to be included in that year's lottery.
Which visa types does OneSignal sponsor?
OneSignal sponsors H-1B, E-3, F-1 OPT, and F-1 CPT visas. This makes the company accessible to a range of international candidates, from students on curricular practical training to Australian nationals eligible for the E-3. If you hold one of these statuses, OneSignal is worth including in your active job search.
How do I find open roles at OneSignal that are open to visa sponsorship?
The most reliable approach is to search for OneSignal on Migrate Mate, which filters job listings by verified sponsorship history. This lets you identify which open roles are realistically available to visa holders rather than applying broadly and discovering sponsorship limitations later in the process.
Which departments or roles at OneSignal are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Based on OneSignal's product focus as a customer engagement and messaging platform, sponsorship tends to concentrate in software engineering and technical product roles. Backend infrastructure, SDKs, developer integrations, and data engineering are areas where specialized skills are hardest to source domestically, making them stronger candidates for sponsored positions.
How do I approach the sponsorship conversation with OneSignal recruiters?
Be straightforward early in the process. Mention your visa type, confirm you'll need sponsorship, and briefly explain any advantages your status offers, for example, E-3 holders bypass the H-1B lottery entirely, which simplifies the employer's process. Recruiters at tech companies like OneSignal handle these conversations regularly and respond well to candidates who are clear and informed about their own situation.
