Job Roles at Parallel Technologies Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Parallel Technologies Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles that align with EB-2 and EB-3 pathways
Parallel Technologies sponsors permanent residency rather than temporary work visas. Focus your applications on technical, engineering, or project management roles where advanced degrees or skilled labor qualifications support an EB-2 or EB-3 Green Card petition.
Understand that Green Card sponsorship is a long-term commitment
Unlike H-1B sponsorship, Green Card processes involve PERM labor certification and multi-year timelines. Approach Parallel Technologies as a long-term employer, and make clear in interviews that you're seeking a stable, career-building position in construction or real estate.
Highlight specialized skills that are hard to fill domestically
PERM labor certification requires the employer to demonstrate no qualified U.S. workers are available. Candidates with niche construction technology, structural engineering, or real estate development expertise are stronger candidates for sponsored roles at companies like Parallel Technologies.
Ask directly about sponsorship during early conversations
Because Parallel Technologies sponsors selectively, confirming sponsorship availability before investing heavily in the process saves time. Raise the topic professionally in recruiter screens by framing it around long-term commitment and your intent to build a career in the U.S. construction sector.
Use F-1 OPT as an entry point if you're a recent graduate
Parallel Technologies has sponsored F-1 OPT candidates, making it a viable target for recent graduates in relevant fields. Securing an OPT role can position you for longer-term sponsorship conversations once you've demonstrated value within the organization.
Browse verified sponsoring employers before applying broadly
Not every construction and real estate company sponsors visas. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and focus your efforts on employers like Parallel Technologies who have a documented track record of Green Card sponsorship.

Does Parallel Technologies sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, Parallel Technologies has not filed H-1B petitions. The company's sponsorship activity is focused on permanent residency through EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card categories. If you require H-1B sponsorship, this may not be the right fit, but if you're pursuing a Green Card pathway, Parallel Technologies is worth targeting.
What visa types does Parallel Technologies sponsor?
Parallel Technologies sponsors EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa categories, which are employment-based Green Card pathways. The company has also supported F-1 OPT candidates. These sponsorship types suit candidates seeking permanent residency rather than temporary work authorization, and are common in industries like Construction and Real Estate where employers invest in long-term talent.
What types of roles at Parallel Technologies are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at construction and real estate companies typically centers on roles requiring specialized technical expertise, such as project engineers, construction managers, estimators, and real estate development professionals. Positions where the employer can demonstrate difficulty finding qualified U.S. candidates are strongest for EB-2 and EB-3 PERM-based sponsorship at a company like Parallel Technologies.
How do I find open jobs at Parallel Technologies that offer visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to find roles at companies with verified sponsorship records like Parallel Technologies. You can filter by employer, visa type, and industry to surface positions that align with your background. This saves time compared to applying broadly and discovering sponsorship isn't available only after interviews.
How do I approach the application process at Parallel Technologies as a visa sponsorship candidate?
Lead with your qualifications and long-term career interest in the U.S. construction or real estate sector. Because Green Card sponsorship involves a significant employer investment through PERM labor certification, demonstrating stability and specialized skills matters. Raise sponsorship early but professionally, frame it around mutual long-term commitment, and be prepared for a multi-year residency timeline.
