Frame Your Experience Around CPG Operations
PepsiCo's Customer Service roles often sit at the intersection of demand planning, distributor relations, and retail execution. Tailor your resume to show direct experience with order management, account coordination, or supply chain support in a consumer goods or food and beverage environment.
Start Your OPT Job Search Early
F-1 students can apply up to 90 days before their OPT start date. PepsiCo's hiring timelines for Customer Service roles can run six to ten weeks, so submitting applications before your authorization begins keeps your candidacy competitive without creating a start-date gap.
Target PepsiCo Divisions with High Customer Service Volume
PepsiCo operates through distinct business units including Frito-Lay, Quaker, and PepsiCo Beverages North America. Customer Service openings are concentrated in divisions with dense retail and distributor networks, so filtering your applications by division can sharpen your targeting.
Browse Sponsored Customer Service Roles on Migrate Mate
Search Migrate Mate to filter PepsiCo Customer Service openings by visa type, so you can see which roles are actively open to sponsored candidates before spending time on applications that don't align with your immigration status.
Ask About PERM Sponsorship During the Offer Stage
For Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 or EB-3, PERM labor certification requires DOL to certify no qualified U.S. workers are available. Raise this conversation after receiving an offer, not during interviews, and confirm whether the specific Customer Service role qualifies under the position's prevailing wage and duties.

Find Customer Service at PepsiCo JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does PepsiCo sponsor H-1B visas for Customer Service?
Yes, PepsiCo sponsors H-1B visas for Customer Service roles, though sponsorship is tied to specific positions rather than being guaranteed across every opening. Roles involving account management, supply chain coordination, or technical customer operations are more commonly associated with sponsorship. Confirm sponsorship eligibility directly during the offer negotiation stage, since not every Customer Service position will qualify.
Which visa types does PepsiCo commonly use for Customer Service roles?
PepsiCo supports several work authorization pathways for Customer Service hires, including F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, H-1B, and TN visas for Canadian and Mexican nationals. Employment-based Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 or EB-3 is also available for qualifying roles. The right pathway depends on your current status, degree field, and the specific duties outlined in the role.
What qualifications does PepsiCo expect for Customer Service positions?
PepsiCo's Customer Service roles typically require a bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field, along with experience in account management, order processing, or client-facing operations. For senior positions, familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is frequently listed. Roles supporting retail or distributor networks often require demonstrated experience in a consumer packaged goods environment.
How do I apply for Customer Service jobs at PepsiCo?
Applications are submitted through PepsiCo's careers portal, where you can filter by function and location. Before applying, use Migrate Mate to identify which open Customer Service roles are associated with visa sponsorship, so you spend time on positions that match your immigration status. Tailor your application to highlight supply chain, retail, or account management experience relevant to PepsiCo's business units.
How do I time my application if my OPT or visa status is expiring soon?
If your F-1 OPT is approaching its end date, confirm your STEM OPT eligibility, which extends authorized employment by 24 months and gives you additional H-1B filing cycles. PepsiCo's hiring process for Customer Service roles can take six to ten weeks, so applying as early as possible avoids a situation where an offer arrives after your work authorization lapses.
