Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Project Program Manager Jobs at PepsiCo Jobs
Frame your PMP credentials for food and beverage
PepsiCo's Program Managers oversee everything from manufacturing capacity projects to go-to-market launches. Tailor your resume to highlight cross-functional delivery experience in supply chain, logistics, or consumer goods rather than generic project management.
Search DOL LCA filings for role-specific data
PepsiCo files Labor Condition Applications with the DOL before sponsoring H-1B workers. Searching the OFLC disclosure database for 'Project Program Manager' at PepsiCo gives you verified job titles, work locations, and prevailing wage levels that help you benchmark your offer.
Target PepsiCo divisions that hire this role year-round
PepsiCo's supply chain transformation and capital projects teams hire Program Managers continuously, not just in seasonal bursts. Focusing on divisions like PBNA or Frito-Lay North America increases your chances of landing a role outside compressed hiring windows.
Clarify your OPT or CPT timeline before applying
If you're on F-1 OPT, confirm how many months remain before your first interview. PepsiCo's internal H-1B processes take time, and starting employment with fewer than six months of OPT remaining creates real risk of a gap before an approved petition takes effect.
Confirm sponsorship scope during the offer negotiation stage
Ask your recruiter specifically whether PepsiCo will cover H-1B premium processing and PERM legal fees for this role. Large consumer goods employers vary by division on who absorbs attorney and government filing costs, and getting this in writing protects you later.
Use Migrate Mate to filter open roles by visa type
Browse Project Program Manager openings at PepsiCo filtered by the visa types you hold or need. Migrate Mate surfaces sponsorship-confirmed roles so you can focus applications on positions where international candidates have a verified path to authorization.

Find Project Program Manager at PepsiCo JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does PepsiCo sponsor H-1B visas for Project Program Managers?
Yes, PepsiCo sponsors H-1B visas for Project Program Manager roles. The company has an established process for petitioning USCIS on behalf of qualifying employees in this function. Sponsorship is more common for roles tied to supply chain transformation, capital projects, and enterprise program delivery, where specialized qualifications support the specialty occupation designation.
Which visa types does PepsiCo commonly use for Project Program Manager roles?
PepsiCo sponsors H-1B visas as the primary long-term work authorization path for Project Program Managers. F-1 OPT and CPT are also used to bring on candidates earlier in their careers or during the H-1B cap season. Canadian and Mexican nationals in this function may qualify for TN status under the USMCA, and green card sponsorship through EB-2 or EB-3 PERM is available for longer-tenured employees.
What qualifications does PepsiCo expect for Project Program Manager roles?
PepsiCo typically looks for a bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or a related field, plus meaningful experience managing cross-functional programs. A PMP certification strengthens your candidacy significantly. Roles tied to manufacturing or capital investment often require familiarity with stage-gate processes, and experience in consumer packaged goods or food and beverage operations is a genuine differentiator over candidates from other industries.
How do I apply for Project Program Manager jobs at PepsiCo?
You can browse open Project Program Manager positions at PepsiCo through Migrate Mate, which filters roles by visa sponsorship type so you can identify openings relevant to your immigration status. Applications go through PepsiCo's careers portal. Tailoring your application to a specific division, such as Frito-Lay or PBNA, rather than applying broadly improves your visibility with hiring teams that actively sponsor for this function.
How do I understand the timeline from job offer to visa approval at PepsiCo?
After an offer, PepsiCo's immigration team engages outside counsel to prepare the H-1B petition. The DOL must certify the Labor Condition Application before USCIS can receive the I-129 filing. Standard USCIS processing takes several months. If you need a faster decision, premium processing upgrades to a 15 business day adjudication window. Plan for a total timeline of three to six months from offer acceptance to approved status.
