About The Role
We are seeking a Large Integrated Pursuit Lead to drive end-to-end ownership of complex, multi-tower managed services pursuits spanning Cloud, Infrastructure, Security (CIS) and Application Managed Services (AMS). This role is responsible for leading large, transformational deals involving hybrid cloud, AI-enabled infrastructure, cybersecurity, application operations, and run-transform delivery models. The ideal candidate will act as the single-threaded leader from deal qualification through contract signature, ensuring alignment across sales, delivery, finance, legal, partners, and executive leadership.

What You'll Do:
Deal Leadership & Pursuit Orchestration
- Own end-to-end governance for large, integrated CIS + AMS pursuits.
- Serve as the single point of accountability across solutioning, commercials, delivery model, risk, and contracting.
- Define deal strategy, win themes, value propositions, and differentiation across infrastructure, cloud, security, and applications.
Solution & Architecture Leadership
- Lead integrated solution design across Cloud and hybrid infrastructure operations.
- Data center and next-generation infrastructure services.
- Security operations (SOC, IAM, cloud security, compliance).
- Application Managed Services and modernization run models.
- Ensure solutions are outcome-led, tied to business KPIs, resilience, CX, and cost optimization and aligned to client operating models and industry context, are scalable, secure, automated, and AI-enabled.
Commercial & Financial Ownership
- Own pricing strategy, commercials, and financial models (P&L, margin, risk buffers, transformation glidepaths).
- Partner with finance and leadership to structure competitive, profitable managed services deals.
- Lead negotiations on commercial assumptions, SLAs, penalties, and transition costs.
Client & Executive Engagement
- Engage CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, COOs, and Digital / AI leaders as a trusted deal partner.
- Lead executive storytelling, value articulation, and deal reviews.
- Represent the organization in CxO discussions, steering committees, and board-level forums.
Partner & Ecosystem Management
- Orchestrate strategic partners including Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, ServiceNow, NVIDIA, Palo Alto, and other hyperscalers.
- Integrate partner capabilities into solution design and commercials.
- Drive joint go-to-market and co-creation strategies where required.
Governance, Risk & Contract Readiness
- Ensure strong bid governance, risk management, and compliance throughout the pursuit lifecycle.
- Partner with legal and delivery teams to structure SLAs, KPIs, governance models, and mitigate delivery and transition risks.
- Deliver contract-ready solutions with no last-minute rework.
Transition & Deal Closure Support
- Support post-signing transition readiness and clean handoff to delivery teams.
- Remain engaged through early transition to protect deal assumptions and intent.
