- Build and manage strategic sourcing plans, tailoring approaches to each role while staying aligned with evolving business priorities.
- Develop and nurture diverse talent pipelines that support both immediate hiring needs and future workforce planning.
Candidate Experience & Engagement
- Guide candidates through every stage of the hiring journey with empathy, transparency, and professionalism.
- Ensure every interaction reflects PMG’s commitment to respect, inclusion, and timeliness.

Partnership & Hiring Advisory
