Job Roles at POM Wonderful Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in POM Wonderful Visa Sponsorship USA
Target agricultural and farming roles first
POM Wonderful's sponsorship activity is concentrated in agricultural operations tied to its pomegranate farms. Focus your applications on seasonal farm labor, harvest coordination, and agribusiness roles where the company has a demonstrated track record of sponsoring international workers.
Understand the H-2A visa pathway
POM Wonderful sponsors H-2A visas for temporary agricultural workers. Research H-2A requirements before applying, roles are seasonal, tied to harvest cycles, and require demonstrated unavailability of U.S. workers. Knowing this process signals seriousness to hiring managers.
Apply well ahead of the harvest season
Agricultural sponsorship at food and beverage companies like POM Wonderful follows crop calendars. Applications and visa petitions are filed months before peak season. Reaching out or applying in the off-season significantly improves your chances of being considered.
Leverage F-1 OPT for non-agricultural roles
If you're an F-1 student, POM Wonderful has sponsored OPT candidates in operational and business functions. Target roles in supply chain, food science, or marketing where your degree field aligns, and be upfront about your OPT authorization timeline during the application.
Search verified sponsors before applying broadly
Not every Food & Beverage company sponsors visas consistently. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you prioritize POM Wonderful and similar companies with confirmed track records over those with uncertain sponsorship willingness.
Align your application with POM Wonderful's operational hubs
POM Wonderful's core operations are concentrated in California's agricultural regions. Highlighting geographic flexibility and willingness to work in those locations strengthens your application, particularly for field and processing roles where the company actively sponsors international workers.

What visa types does POM Wonderful sponsor?
