Align your credentials to infrastructure projects
Qualus works on power grid and utility infrastructure, so frame your manufacturing experience around electrical systems, substation fabrication, or industrial production environments. Highlighting project-relevant skills makes your application legible to both hiring managers and visa petitioners.
Verify your role qualifies as specialty occupation
USCIS requires H-1B roles to meet specialty occupation criteria, meaning your manufacturing position must normally require a bachelor's degree in a specific field. Roles tied to process engineering or quality systems are stronger candidates than general production supervisor titles.
Target Qualus openings tied to field operations
Search for Qualus Manufacturing roles connected to project execution or technical field services, not just facility support. These positions signal employer investment and are more likely to move through internal sponsorship approvals, since the company has a direct delivery need.
Use Migrate Mate to filter Qualus Manufacturing jobs
Browse Qualus Manufacturing openings filtered by visa type on Migrate Mate, so you're only reviewing roles where sponsorship has been offered. This saves time and lets you apply with confidence rather than guessing at each posting.
Address OPT timing before your first interview
If you're on F-1 OPT, your authorized period is fixed. Qualus petitions for H-1B sponsorship on a defined employer timeline, so flag your OPT end date early in conversations. A 60-day gap between OPT expiration and an approved H-1B can create status complications you'll want to plan around.
Prepare documentation for PERM labor certification
EB-2 and EB-3 green card pathways require DOL PERM labor certification before Qualus can file an immigrant petition on your behalf. Gather your educational transcripts, employment verification letters, and any professional licensure records well before the offer stage, since PERM timelines run long.

Find Manufacturing at Qualus JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Qualus sponsor H-1B visas for Manufacturing roles?
Yes, Qualus sponsors H-1B visas for Manufacturing positions, particularly roles tied to engineering operations and infrastructure project delivery. The role must qualify as a specialty occupation under USCIS standards, which generally means it requires a bachelor's degree in a specific technical field like manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or a related discipline.
How do I apply for Manufacturing jobs at Qualus?
You can find and filter Qualus Manufacturing openings by visa type on Migrate Mate, which surfaces roles where sponsorship has been extended to international candidates. Apply directly through Qualus's career portal once you've identified a relevant posting. Tailor your resume to reflect infrastructure or utility project experience, since that's the core of Qualus's consulting work.
Which visa types does Qualus use for Manufacturing hires?
Qualus has sponsored H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, J-1, and EB-2/EB-3 Green Card pathways for professional roles. For Manufacturing specifically, H-1B is the most common nonimmigrant route for degree-holding engineers, while TN is available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying engineering occupations. Green Card sponsorship through PERM is a longer-term pathway.
What qualifications does Qualus expect for sponsored Manufacturing roles?
Qualus Manufacturing roles generally require a bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a closely related field. Hands-on experience with power infrastructure, substation components, or technical production environments strengthens your profile significantly. For H-1B sponsorship, your degree must align directly with the job's duties, not just the industry broadly.
How do I time my visa filing if I receive an offer from Qualus?
If you're on F-1 OPT, flag your authorization end date to your recruiter as early as possible. H-1B cap-subject petitions are filed once per year with an October 1 start date, so timing your offer relative to the USCIS registration window in March matters. Cap-exempt options may apply depending on Qualus's project affiliations, which is worth clarifying during the offer process.
