ROLE
Account Executive to acquire new small to medium size customers within Canada. We’re looking for those who are passionate about technology, customers, growth and closing deals. Hands-on technical experience or technical sales experience preferred along with familiarity of the Qualys applications.
As a member of the Qualys Pre-Sales Team in Canada, the candidate will be focused on partnering with small to medium enterprise businesses 250+ employees. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to perform consultative sales.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Ideal candidate will possess high level of integrity, energy, excellent time management and a quick learner willing to work smart/hard and self-motivated
- 3-5 years driving software (SME B2B transactional) sales
- Relevant work experience driving Network Security software sales
- Experience articulating SaaS technology value-proposition
- Articulate his/her sales process
- Experience cold calling and 'pipeline' management
- Demonstrates driving complete sales cycle from qualifying, demo/evaluation, contract negotiation and through close of new business
- Adaptive to change and fast moving environments
- BA/BS preferred
