Position Summary
We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and highly organized Corporate Events Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of company events from concept to completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in social environments, enjoys entertaining and engaging with people, and is excited to travel to represent the company at events across the country.
The Corporate Events Coordinator will own every aspect of event execution—from planning and logistics to on-site leadership and post-event follow-up. This person must be a confident leader who takes initiative, solves problems quickly, and ensures every event reflects the professionalism and culture of our company.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute corporate events, trade shows, customer meetings, and internal company gatherings.
