Department Summary

The Customer Solutions and Marketing Team communicates the value of the company’s products and solutions to customers while supporting the sales process from initial engagement through implementation. The team works to understand customer needs, align them with product capabilities, and deliver clear messaging through customer interactions, demonstrations, and marketing initiatives. Their efforts help build strong customer relationships, strengthen market presence, and drive long-term business growth.

Position Summary

We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and highly organized Corporate Events Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of company events from concept to completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in social environments, enjoys entertaining and engaging with people, and is excited to travel to represent the company at events across the country.

The Corporate Events Coordinator will own every aspect of event execution—from planning and logistics to on-site leadership and post-event follow-up. This person must be a confident leader who takes initiative, solves problems quickly, and ensures every event reflects the professionalism and culture of our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute corporate events, trade shows, customer meetings, and internal company gatherings.

• Own the entire event lifecycle, including planning, logistics, setup, execution, and teardown.

• Travel to events to coordinate on-site activities and ensure successful outcomes.

• Serve as the primary on-site leader, directing staff, vendors, and logistics during events.

• Create engaging event experiences that reflect the company’s brand and culture.

• Coordinate venues, vendors, equipment, catering, and event materials.

• Manage event timelines, budgets, and schedules.

• Work closely with solutions, marketing, and leadership teams to support event goals.

• Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring displays, materials, and equipment are properly arranged.

• Troubleshoot challenges quickly and maintain a positive, professional presence throughout the event.

• Evaluate event performance and recommend improvements for future events.
