Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Marketing Jobs at Replit Jobs
Frame your portfolio around developer audiences
Replit's Marketing team targets developers and technical builders, not general consumers. Highlight campaigns or content you've created for technical audiences, and make that positioning explicit in your resume and cover letter before you apply.
Verify Replit's E-Verify enrollment before accepting
H-1B transfers and new petitions require the employer to be enrolled in E-Verify. Confirm Replit's enrollment status directly with your hiring contact before your offer letter is signed, so there are no delays at the I-9 stage.
Research LCA filings to benchmark your expected salary
Before negotiating your offer, search DOL's LCA disclosure database for Replit's prevailing wage certifications in Marketing. Your offered salary must meet the DOL wage level on file, and knowing the range prevents surprises after the offer is extended.
Apply during Replit's active hiring cycles for marketing
Replit tends to scale Marketing headcount around product launches and funding milestones. Monitor their careers page for clusters of new Marketing postings, as those windows often reflect a hiring push where sponsorship decisions move faster internally.
Start your H-1B transfer timeline the moment you get an offer
If you're already on H-1B with another employer, you can start working at Replit as soon as USCIS receives the transfer petition, without waiting for approval. Build this into your resignation and start-date conversation with your recruiter so both sides plan correctly.
Use Migrate Mate to filter Marketing roles by sponsorship history
Not every Marketing job posting at a tech company reflects a real willingness to sponsor. Use Migrate Mate to identify and track Replit's open Marketing roles filtered by verified sponsorship activity, so you focus your applications where the path to an H-1B petition is clearest.

Find Marketing at Replit JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Replit sponsor H-1B visas for Marketings?
Yes, Replit has sponsored H-1B visas for Marketing roles. Sponsorship is not automatic for every open position, so it's worth confirming with your recruiter early in the process. Replit operates in the competitive developer tools space, and Marketing hires with specialized skills in product-led or technical growth are the most likely candidates for sponsorship consideration.
How do I apply for Marketing jobs at Replit?
Applications go through Replit's careers page, where Marketing roles are listed under functions like Growth, Product Marketing, and Content. Tailor your application to show familiarity with developer-focused products and go-to-market strategy. If you need visa sponsorship, state that clearly in your application or early in the recruiter screen so the hiring team can align internally before advancing you further.
Which visa types are commonly used for Marketing roles at Replit?
The H-1B is the primary visa category used for Marketing roles at technology companies like Replit. Marketing positions in product marketing, demand generation, and marketing analytics can qualify as specialty occupations under USCIS guidelines when they require a specific bachelor's degree or higher. In less common situations, candidates with extraordinary achievement in marketing may explore the O-1A, though that standard is significantly harder to meet.
What qualifications does Replit look for in Marketing candidates?
Replit's Marketing team works closely with product and engineering, so candidates with experience marketing developer tools, SaaS platforms, or technical products have a clear advantage. A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is typically required for H-1B eligibility. Hands-on experience with product-led growth, content strategy for technical audiences, or data-driven campaign management strengthens your profile considerably.
How do I time my H-1B sponsorship process when joining Replit?
If you're on OPT, be aware that H-1B cap-subject petitions can only be filed for an October 1 start date, and USCIS registration opens in March. If your OPT expires before October, a STEM OPT extension can bridge the gap if your degree qualifies. Migrate Mate is a useful starting point for identifying which Marketing roles at Replit are currently open so you can align your application timing with the annual H-1B filing window.
