Align Your Credentials to PLC and SCADA Work
RoviSys builds and integrates industrial automation systems, so highlight hands-on experience with PLCs, SCADA platforms, or DCS in your resume. Employers in this space weigh applied project experience heavily alongside formal electrical engineering credentials.
Target RoviSys Openings Requiring P.E. Licensing Pathways
Many Electrical Systems Engineer postings in manufacturing favor candidates progressing toward Professional Engineer licensure. If you're on F-1 OPT, document your degree field precisely on your EAD and resume so your qualifications map cleanly to the role's stated requirements.
Use Migrate Mate to Filter Active Openings by Visa Type
RoviSys posts Electrical Systems Engineer roles across multiple locations with varying sponsorship eligibility. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for positions open to your visa status, so you're applying to roles where sponsorship is already confirmed, not guessing.
Negotiate Project Assignment Specifics During Offer Review
RoviSys places engineers on client sites across industries including food and beverage, automotive, and life sciences. Ask during the offer stage which industry verticals your initial assignment covers, since this affects the technical documentation your employer will use in H-1B specialty occupation filings.

Find Electrical Systems Engineer at RoviSys JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does RoviSys sponsor H-1B visas for Electrical Systems Engineers?
Yes, RoviSys has an established record of H-1B sponsorship for Electrical Systems Engineers. Because the company places engineers on project-based manufacturing and automation engagements, the role typically meets USCIS specialty occupation standards. Confirm sponsorship eligibility directly with the recruiter during initial screening, since individual posting requirements can vary.
How do I apply for Electrical Systems Engineer jobs at RoviSys?
Applications go through RoviSys's careers portal, where openings are listed by location and discipline. For visa-sponsored roles specifically, Migrate Mate surfaces active RoviSys Electrical Systems Engineer postings filtered by sponsorship type, so you can identify the right openings without sorting through listings that don't apply to your status.
Which visa types does RoviSys commonly use for Electrical Systems Engineer roles?
RoviSys sponsors H-1B visas for longer-term hires and actively participates in F-1 OPT and CPT programs for entry-level and internship positions. Canadian and Mexican nationals with electrical engineering qualifications may also be eligible for TN status, which bypasses the H-1B lottery and can be processed more quickly.
What qualifications does RoviSys expect for Electrical Systems Engineer positions?
A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a closely related field is the standard baseline. Practical experience with industrial control systems, including PLCs, variable frequency drives, and process instrumentation, carries significant weight. For H-1B sponsorship purposes, your degree field must correspond directly to the technical requirements stated in the job description.
How do I plan my timeline if RoviSys offers H-1B sponsorship?
USCIS opens H-1B cap registration in March each year for an October 1 start date. If you're finishing OPT or a STEM extension, work backward from that date to assess whether cap-gap protection applies to your situation. Raise the sponsorship timeline with your RoviSys recruiter before or during the offer stage so the filing schedule is built into your start date planning.
