INTRODUCTION
The Aftermarket Content Manager defines and elevates Sensata’s global aftermarket brand voice by leading content strategy and messaging across all customer-facing channels. This role develops clear, unified narratives and high-impact content that supports product positioning, strengthens retailer and distributor engagement, and drives e-commerce performance. Working closely with product, sales, cataloguing, regional marketing, and creative partners, this position ensures consistent, high-quality content that improves discoverability, conversion, and brand awareness globally.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops and executes promotional campaigns and marketing materials for the designated product or program.
- Leads effective market research studies in order to utilize effective communication distribution channels, and focus on a target market.
- Conduct competitor analysis to execute and develop an innovative, creative and unique marketing communication media strategy.

Partner closely with cataloguing and product to ensure accurate, optimized product data that improves discoverability, consistency, and conversion across online channels.
- Translate technical information into clear, customer-centric narratives in partnership with product marketing, engineering, sales, and regional teams.
- Support ecommerce and retailer content needs in collaboration with cataloguing and product teams.
- Optimize content for SEO, digital discoverability, and conversion across channels.
- Serve as the central content expert for global aftermarket communications, ensuring brand and messaging consistency across all markets.
- Provide toolkits, templates, and content playbooks to support regional sales enablement for aftermarket sales teams.
