The Role
We are looking for a Go to Market Systems Manager to join our Sales team. This role goes beyond HubSpot administration — you will own the operating model that HubSpot is supposed to support, translating sales, marketing, and finance requirements into a single, governed system of record. You'll sit at the center of our PLG and SLG motions, owning the systems roadmap, data governance, and cross-functional alignment that today are split across silos. You will work in close lockstep with our Sales Team to ensure that the data pipelines they build are effectively surfaced for our sales team, and you will be the one person accountable for ensuring Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance are working from the same data definitions.
Responsibilities
Systems & Roadmap Strategy:
- Own and maintain a CRM/GTM systems roadmap aligned to business objectives.
- Evaluate new HubSpot functionality and adjacent technologies; recommend build vs. buy.
- Prioritize enhancement requests across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance stakeholders.
Data Governance & Revenue Analytics:
- Own data definitions so reporting is consistent across Marketing, Sales, CS, and Finance — the single point of accountability.
- Deliver weekly full-funnel reporting: conversion rate analysis, funnel leakage identification, cohort analysis, attribution governance, forecasting support, and pipeline velocity measurement.
Integration & Ecosystem Architecture:
- Own the HubSpot ecosystem architecture and integration strategy across our current integration footprint (5+ systems) and legacy CRM processes.
CRM Governance & UX:
- Act as the primary admin for HubSpot Sales Hub, ensuring the platform supports both a high-volume inbound lead engine and our Group Sales motion.
- Design and optimize automated sales sequences and internal notifications to improve lead response time and conversion.
- Architect and build advanced lead scoring and lead routing logic to match reps with the right leads at the right time.
Cross-Functional Partnership:
- Collaborate weekly with the LCM Team to ensure marketing-generated leads and product signals are accurately tracked through the HubSpot lifecycle.
- Lead the technical implementation and optimization of a new outbound sales motion and upsell strategies.
Standardization & Change Management:
- Build and maintain real-time dashboards for sales activity and pipeline health.
- Create and maintain documentation for CRM and revenue-process standards to ensure 100% confidence in sales numbers and attribution metrics.
- Lead process mapping and change management as new workflows and systems are rolled out across GTM teams.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of HubSpot Administration: proven track record managing HubSpot at scale in a B2B SaaS environment.
- PLG and SLG Operating Model Experience (STRONGLY preferred): proven experience supporting both motions simultaneously.
- Attribution & Funnel Measurement Across Models (STRONGLY preferred): experience building measurement that holds up across both PLG and SLG.
- Revenue/Sales/Marketing Operations Experience: demonstrated ability to operate as a cross-functional strategist, not just a system administrator.
- Integration Management & Data Governance: must-have given our legacy HubSpot instance and numerous data sources — someone needs to own this ecosystem end-to-end.
- Process mapping and documentation experience.
- Change management experience.
- Business analysis experience.
- Outbound Motion Building: demonstrated experience building and scaling outbound and upsell motions from the ground up.
- Platform Power User: deep expertise in HubSpot custom objects, advanced workflows, and complex revenue reporting.
- Enablement Mindset: enjoys training sales teams and simplifying complex technical processes into easy-to-follow workflows.
Benefits
We offer a competitive benefits program including:
- Medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance
- 401(k) plan with company match
- Flexible Time Off (FTO), wellbeing days, paid holidays, and summer Fridays
- Mental health resources

Target technical and engineering roles first
SimplePractice's sponsorship activity is concentrated in software development and technical functions. Focus your applications on engineering, product, and data roles where the company has the clearest track record of supporting visa candidates through the process.
Understand the visa types SimplePractice supports
SimplePractice has sponsored both H-1B and employment-based Green Cards, including EB-2 and EB-3 pathways. Knowing which categories they use helps you assess long-term immigration planning, especially if you're thinking beyond your initial work authorization.
Raise sponsorship early in the process
At a mid-size health-tech company like SimplePractice, hiring decisions are often made by small teams. Confirming sponsorship willingness before investing time in multiple interview rounds saves everyone effort and signals that you understand how the process works.
Highlight healthcare technology domain knowledge
SimplePractice serves therapists, counselors, and wellness practitioners. Candidates who understand HIPAA compliance, EHR workflows, or health-tech regulatory environments stand out in technical interviews and demonstrate genuine fit beyond just their technical skills.
Use a platform that filters by real sponsorship history
Not every job posting at a company reflects current sponsorship availability. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and find roles at companies like SimplePractice that have actively filed petitions.
Plan around H-1B cap timing if you're on OPT
SimplePractice sponsors H-1B visas, meaning cap-subject timing matters if you're transitioning from F-1 OPT. Targeting roles that allow time for an April filing and October start date aligns your job search with how sponsorship actually works in practice.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does SimplePractice sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, SimplePractice sponsors H-1B visas. The company operates in the healthcare technology sector and has supported international candidates in technical and professional roles. If you're on OPT or another nonimmigrant status, H-1B sponsorship is a realistic pathway here, particularly for engineering and product-focused positions. Confirming sponsorship eligibility with the recruiting team early in the process is recommended.
What types of visas does SimplePractice sponsor?
SimplePractice has sponsored H-1B visas and employment-based Green Cards, including EB-2 and EB-3 categories. This combination suggests the company is willing to support candidates through both initial work authorization and longer-term permanent residency pathways. TN visa eligibility may also apply for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying specialty occupations.
Which roles at SimplePractice are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at SimplePractice is most common in technical functions, including software engineering, product development, and data roles. These positions typically meet the specialty occupation standard required for H-1B classification. Candidates in non-technical roles should confirm sponsorship availability directly, as support outside core engineering teams tends to be less consistent.
How do I find visa-sponsored job openings at SimplePractice?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find roles at SimplePractice that are open to visa sponsorship. The platform aggregates verified sponsorship data so you can filter for companies with a documented track record rather than relying on job descriptions that may not disclose sponsorship status clearly. Searching by company name will surface active openings.
How do I approach the application process at SimplePractice as an international candidate?
Apply to roles that match your technical background in health technology, and be transparent about your visa status from the first recruiter conversation. SimplePractice's hiring teams are familiar with the sponsorship process, so a straightforward conversation about your authorization timeline is better than waiting until late in the interview process to raise it.
