Align your credentials to retail finance operations
Skechers Banking Manager roles sit within a high-volume retail and wholesale environment. Highlight experience with multi-entity cash management, bank reconciliation across store networks, or treasury operations for consumer goods companies to stand out against candidates from unrelated industries.
Target Skechers during their active hiring cycles
Skechers posts Banking Manager openings across its Manhattan Beach headquarters and regional finance hubs. Monitoring their careers page directly rather than relying on aggregators gives you earlier access to roles before sponsorship-willing slots fill from internal referrals.
Confirm sponsorship willingness before interviews advance
Ask directly during the initial recruiter screen whether the role is open to H-1B or E-3 candidates. Fashion and apparel companies sometimes restrict sponsorship to select headcount, so confirming early saves you and the hiring team time if the specific opening is excluded.
Understand how PERM affects your Green Card timeline
If Skechers extends an EB-2 or EB-3 offer, DOL's PERM labor certification process begins before your I-140 petition. For Banking Manager roles, the prevailing wage determination and recruitment documentation phase alone can run several months, so factor that into your employment start timeline.
Prepare your LCA documentation before the offer stage
Your employer files the Labor Condition Application with DOL before USCIS can process an H-1B or E-3 petition. Having your credentials, degree transcripts, and prior employment records organized in advance speeds up the intake process on Skechers' legal team's end.
Use Migrate Mate to identify open Banking Manager roles at Skechers
Filtering by sponsor type and role function manually across job boards is slow and unreliable. Migrate Mate surfaces Banking Manager openings at companies like Skechers that have a verified sponsorship history, so you spend less time guessing and more time applying to the right positions.

Find Banking Manager at Skechers JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Skechers sponsor H-1B visas for Banking Managers?
Yes, Skechers has sponsored H-1B visas for Banking Manager roles. Banking and treasury functions at a global fashion and apparel company typically qualify as specialty occupations under USCIS criteria, given the degree requirements for these positions. That said, sponsorship decisions are made on a per-role basis, so confirming directly with the recruiter during your initial screen is the most reliable approach.
Which visa types are commonly used for Banking Manager roles at Skechers?
H-1B is the most common nonimmigrant visa for Banking Manager positions at Skechers. Australian citizens may be eligible for the E-3 visa, which follows a similar specialty occupation standard but has a separate annual allocation and no lottery. For permanent residency, Skechers has also sponsored EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards for finance professionals, typically through the PERM labor certification process with DOL.
What qualifications or experience does Skechers expect for a Banking Manager?
Skechers Banking Manager roles generally require a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, along with several years of relevant experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate banking. Experience in retail, consumer goods, or multi-entity environments is an advantage. Familiarity with bank relationship management, credit facilities, and financial reporting relevant to a high-volume retail operation aligns closely with what Skechers looks for.
How do I apply for Banking Manager jobs at Skechers?
You can apply through Skechers' official careers portal or browse open roles filtered by sponsorship eligibility on Migrate Mate, which surfaces verified sponsorship-friendly positions at companies like Skechers. Before applying, tailor your resume to reflect retail or consumer goods finance experience. After submitting, expect an initial recruiter screen where you should confirm sponsorship availability for that specific opening early in the conversation.
How do I plan my timeline if Skechers offers H-1B sponsorship for a Banking Manager role?
If your H-1B start date falls on October 1 (the standard cap-subject start date), your employer must file the petition with USCIS in April. USCIS standard processing runs three to six months, though premium processing can reduce that to 15 business days. If you're currently on OPT or another status, work backward from your authorized end date to assess whether the timeline is workable before accepting an offer.
