Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Banking Manager Jobs at JPMorganChase Jobs
Align your credentials with U.S. banking standards
JPMorganChase Banking Manager roles consistently require demonstrated P&L responsibility, team leadership, and client portfolio management. If your credentials are from outside the U.S., prepare equivalency documentation ahead of time so your background maps cleanly to their job descriptions.
Target the right division before you apply
JPMorganChase hires Banking Managers across Consumer and Community Banking, Commercial Banking, and Private Bank. Sponsorship patterns differ by division, so research which line of business matches your background rather than applying broadly across all open postings.
Use Migrate Mate to filter sponsored Banking Manager openings
Not every JPMorganChase Banking Manager posting will lead to sponsorship. Use Migrate Mate to identify and track the specific openings where JPMorganChase is actively filing for H-1B, E-3, or other work visa categories for this role.
Understand which visa fits your situation
JPMorganChase sponsors H-1B, H-1B1, and E-3 visas for Banking Manager roles. If you're an Australian citizen, the E-3 avoids the H-1B lottery entirely. H-1B1 is available to Chilean and Singaporean nationals. Knowing your category before interviews prevents late-stage surprises.
Get your offer letter reviewed before signing
JPMorganChase will file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL before your H-1B or E-3 petition can proceed. Confirm the offered role title and salary tier match what will appear on the LCA, as discrepancies between your offer and the LCA filing can cause delays or complications.
Plan around H-1B cap timing if applicable
H-1B cap filings open each April for an October 1 start date. If your target start date doesn't align, ask your JPMorganChase recruiter whether a cap-exempt entry point exists, such as a role tied to a qualifying research or nonprofit affiliate, to bridge the timing gap.

Find Banking Manager at JPMorganChase JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does JPMorganChase sponsor H-1B visas for Banking Managers?
Yes, JPMorganChase sponsors H-1B visas for Banking Manager roles. The firm has a dedicated immigration legal team that manages petitions through the full USCIS process, including Labor Condition Application filing with the DOL. Sponsorship availability can vary by division and location, so confirm directly with your recruiter during the offer stage.
Which visa types does JPMorganChase sponsor for Banking Manager roles?
JPMorganChase sponsors multiple visa categories for Banking Managers, including the H-1B, H-1B1 (available to Chilean and Singaporean nationals), E-3 (available to Australian citizens), and employment-based Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3. The right category depends on your nationality, background, and role level. Australian applicants in particular should ask about the E-3, which bypasses the H-1B lottery entirely.
What qualifications does JPMorganChase expect for Banking Manager roles?
JPMorganChase Banking Manager postings typically require a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, along with demonstrated experience managing client relationships, leading branch or team operations, and meeting revenue targets. Senior-level openings often expect several years of progressive banking experience. Your degree field needs to align with the role description to support a specialty occupation determination under H-1B or E-3 requirements.
How do I apply for Banking Manager jobs at JPMorganChase?
You can browse current openings directly on the JPMorganChase careers site, filtering by job function and location. To find roles where visa sponsorship is actively supported, use Migrate Mate, which surfaces JPMorganChase Banking Manager positions with a documented sponsorship track record. When you apply, be transparent about your visa requirements early in the recruiter conversation so sponsorship is built into the offer timeline from the start.
How long does the sponsorship process take for a Banking Manager at JPMorganChase?
For H-1B cap-subject cases, the timeline runs from April registration through an October 1 start date at the earliest. E-3 and H-1B1 petitions move faster because they aren't lottery-dependent and can be filed consularly with a turnaround of a few weeks in many cases. USCIS premium processing, which expedites adjudication to 15 business days, is available for H-1B and is sometimes used by large employers like JPMorganChase to meet hiring deadlines.
