At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.
Snowflake is seeking a motivated Account Based Marketing Manager to join our Acquisition ABM team. In this role, you'll apply your passion for marketing and data to plan and execute campaigns targeting our Enterprise Acquisition segment. You will gain experience in best-in-class integrated ABM by running strategic 1:few and 1:many campaigns.
As a highly engaged account-based marketer, you will manage a portfolio of impactful, creative, and multi-channel marketing programs that support our pipeline and revenue goals across all stages of the customer lifecycle. You will be a key partner to our sales team, helping them productively target their most important accounts for expansion and constantly optimizing for performance.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in ABM, full-cycle sales, field marketing, field ops, sales ops, rev ops, product marketing, and/or demand generation – including experience in planning, message development, integrated marketing, ROI tracking, and campaign analysis. This role is ideal for a high-achiever with a proven ability to solve problems and develop B2B marketing programs at both a strategic and tactical level.
This role will follow Snowflake’s hybrid 3-day in-office policy and will be based out of our Toronto, Atlanta, or New York City offices.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Collaborate closely with sales, field marketing, solutions product marketing, sales development, and demand generation teams to design and execute high-impact programs, including:
- Crafting tailored messaging by account and target audience to drive new business, accelerate deals, or support cross-sell/upsell initiatives
- Managing targeted advertising, mailers/swag, and contact discovery efforts
- Developing multi-threaded, custom digital landing pages
- Coordinating account-specific research, events, prospecting, and follow-up with cross-functional teams
- Developing the future of ABM in a resource-rich environment
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- Strategic Experience: 4+ years of dedicated ABM experience, or 5+ years in the other B2B disciplines listed above.
- Creative Architect: You move beyond standard campaigns to create 1:few experiences tailored to the specific friction points of a buying committee. You have a knack for creating high-impact, bespoke programs that people actually want to engage with.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Expert ability to pivot and evolve programs based on deep-dive performance analytics. You act as a strategic consultant to Sales and cross-functional partners, translating business intelligence into actionable marketing maneuvers.
- MarTech Power User: Deep proficiency in a sophisticated stack, including Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager, Figma, Canva, Bombora, and Demandbase. You understand the growing importance of thoughtful orchestration in the vibe-coding era.
- Agile Leadership: A high-level resourceful self-starter who thrives in ambiguity. You excel at navigating competing priorities, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving results in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- AI Visionary: A forward-thinking mindset regarding the AI landscape. You are actively exploring or already implementing AI-driven marketing use cases to automate personalization, predict account behavior, and 10x the efficiency of your ABM efforts.

Align your portfolio to pipeline metrics
Snowflake's marketing org evaluates candidates on pipeline influence and revenue contribution, not just brand work. Quantify how your campaigns moved deals or accelerated sales cycles in data-driven B2B or enterprise software environments before you apply.
Target roles tied to product verticals
Snowflake structures many Marketing Manager openings around specific product areas like data engineering or AI. Applying to verticals where your background matches the product domain improves your fit signal and makes the sponsorship conversation easier to initiate.
Raise sponsorship needs after a substantive recruiter screen
Recruiters at enterprise software companies typically confirm sponsorship eligibility internally before extending offers. Surface your visa status after you've demonstrated fit, not in your cover letter, so the conversation starts from a position of mutual interest.
Confirm LCA filing scope with your offer contact
Snowflake employs Marketing Managers across multiple metro areas. When you receive an offer, confirm which office or remote location is tied to your Labor Condition Application, since DOL wage levels vary by worksite and affect the prevailing wage your employer certifies.
Use OPT or CPT strategically before H-1B filing
If you're on F-1 status, starting at Snowflake under OPT gives you up to three years of STEM extension eligibility, which covers multiple H-1B lottery cycles. Use Migrate Mate to find open Marketing Manager roles at Snowflake and filter by visa type to identify active sponsoring positions.
Prepare credentials for specialty occupation documentation
For H-1B approval, USCIS must confirm the Marketing Manager role qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring a directly related degree. Gather transcripts, degree equivalency evaluations, and any professional certifications that tie your specific educational background to marketing strategy or analytics.

Does Snowflake sponsor H-1B visas for Marketing Managers?
Yes, Snowflake sponsors H-1B visas for Marketing Manager roles. The company has an established pattern of filing H-1B petitions for marketing professionals, particularly in product marketing and demand generation functions. Your offer letter will typically confirm sponsorship, and Snowflake's legal team or an outside immigration counsel manages the I-129 petition filing with USCIS on your behalf.
How do I apply for Marketing Manager jobs at Snowflake?
Apply directly through Snowflake's careers portal, where Marketing Manager openings are listed by team and region. Use Migrate Mate to browse current visa-sponsoring Marketing Manager roles at Snowflake in one place, filtered by visa type, so you can identify which postings align with your status before submitting. Tailor your application to the specific product vertical the role supports.
Which visa types does Snowflake commonly sponsor for Marketing Manager roles?
Snowflake sponsors H-1B, TN, and Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3 for Marketing Manager positions. F-1 OPT and CPT candidates can typically start work before H-1B transfer, and J-1 holders may be eligible depending on their program category. TN is available to Canadian and Mexican nationals whose marketing role meets the qualifying occupation criteria under USMCA.
What qualifications does Snowflake expect for Marketing Manager candidates?
Snowflake typically looks for a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, combined with experience in B2B enterprise software marketing. Strong candidates can demonstrate pipeline contribution, cross-functional collaboration with sales teams, and proficiency with tools like Salesforce or Marketo. For H-1B sponsorship, your degree field needs to align directly with the specific marketing role to satisfy USCIS specialty occupation requirements.
How do I time my H-1B filing if I receive a Snowflake offer on OPT?
USCIS opens H-1B registration each March for an October 1 cap-subject start date. If your OPT or STEM OPT remains valid through that period, Snowflake can file your H-1B petition during the April filing window following a successful lottery selection. STEM OPT extensions of up to 24 months give you a meaningful buffer if you miss one lottery cycle while employed at Snowflake.
